Service was amazing. We stayed just in the hotel room for 2 nights and it was a very nice stay. Beautiful and clean. We had dinner within the hotel. Breakfast was included and it was delicious. The sauna wasn’t working, even though nothing was broken. The jacuzzi wasn’t used, we tested the water and it didn’t seem pleasant or hot. We decided not to use the sauna or the jacuzzi. We appreciated the staff and check in with check out times were simple. We even got to our room 2 hrs before check in time.

Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and helpful. Loved the setting and tranquil environment. Room was clean and well stocked. Liked the option of electric bikes for use, although we did not take the opportunity to ride them. Highly recommend this gem.

The hotel is fairly modern and easy to park. It was very quiet. The bathroom was nice with good water pressure. It was close to downtown Truckee. Unfortunately, our room smelled like stale smoke and the beds were too firm for me.

Great place to stay ! Will definitely be back. Just a quick drive to downtown Truckee. The bed is so comfortable. Words directly from my husband, best shower ever ! The customer service is amazing. Very beautiful lobby and architecture of the building. Very quiet with lots of trees and beautiful grounds. Outdoor community patio with fire pits, tables and bar. Comfortable bed with quality bedding. Large bathroom and shower. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel, this was our 2nd stay while on business. Will be here again for a full week next month and looking forward to staying at this place. Its rustic charm is very relaxing at the end of a full day of work and business.
