Worst check-in ever
I checked in with a service animal and the way the hotel dealt with me was terrible. Before allowing me to go up to the room, I had to be "interviewed" by security. While inquiring about the task that a service animal is trained to do is completely legal, the way this hotel went about it was awful. Do you really need security to vet service animals?

We like this hotel for location and general amenities. It’s starting to feel dated and is shoeing some wear and tear. Our housekeeping wax so-so and we missed the personal security at the elevators. But the staff is generally great. Self park is a nightmare but valet is great.

Very few amenities. Walls were very thin and neighbors were easily heard. No microwave. No coffee pot. WiFi is available for free at a reduced speed. No complimentary movies. Unable to cast to tv without a difficult setup (didn’t work for us). Close parking is very full with casino patrons, especially at night and weekends.

The casino is not smoke free and many of the restaurants are closed and/or have very limited hours. The Sportsbook is outdated and needs a makeover. The casino needs to do more to draw locals and out of town guests need some incentives to stay and play there. The one big perk was being able to use etc to take the bus to and from the Raider’s game.

This was the worse experience I have ever had. The walls to this place are paper thin, like paper thin. We had a crying baby next to our room that kept us up literally all night. Three nights in a row. Staff lied to us and said they were checking out a day before our stay was up which didn’t happen. Staff did absolutely nothing to help us with a requested room change. They acted as if it wasn’t their job or problem. Their facial expressions and body language were rude. I would never stay at this place again. For over $200 a night it was ridiculously priced. We could also hear the conversation between the two parents it was that bad.

Outside the business of the Vegas strip with the amenities of larger casinos. Unfortunately, a member in our party fell ill and needed a refrigerator and microwave for medical supplies. The hotel room did not have or offer these amenities to all rooms.
