We stayed in room 1107, the AC unit must have a loose bracket on the condenser line or something. About every hour we heard what sounded like a door slamming shut on a supply closet/room below us. After the sixth or seventh time, we noticed that it happened when the AC compressor shut off. Other than that it was good.

Check in with George was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable & was not bothered by working the holiday. Location was great for us, with Deuce shuttle walkable. I wish you had usb chargers more available in room, but this was not a huge deal. Would recommend the El Cortez

Las personaa que trabajan en el hotel hacen mucho ruido, platican gritando y no dejan dormir. Las persianas no cierran totalmente, entra luz y es incomodo. No hay maquina de hielo. Las llaves del lavabo avientan agua muy fuerte y te mojan todo. El agua de la ducha no se queda regulada, se enfria gradualmente. La television no es smart, si no tienen buena programacion por lo menos pongan una smart.

The tv in the room didnt work for more than a few mins. The barmaids were very rude about getting drinks and the drinks were very weak. A Jack and soda should be gold-colored, not clear. The slots seemed loose, overall OK and would stay again as it wasnt a bad value.

There was a bartender that was a bit rude, he was ignoring my girlfriend and I, and when i called for his attention he came and got out drink orders made the drinks and went on break without even bringing the drinks over. The bathroom in the room wasn't bad except for the shower, the grout was gross.
