This hotel is very ran down. Dark depressing rooms. Stayed on 23rd floor to have upgraded bathroom. Lighting is dim and a no light over the shower stall. Our matress was horrible. The springs were sticking out when you would sit down. Woke up achy from the old matress. Won't stay at this hotel again.

Think Twice About Staying Here
We went for a quick trip to ring in the new year. Check in process was quick. I was very disappointed with the hotel and casino. The rooms are very outdated, bed was not comfortable, shower was not clean and our remote for tv was not really working. The casino did not have good ventilation. It smelled heavily of cigarettes. Now you might say, well you’re in a casino, what do you expect. We went to a couple other casinos and did not have that problem.

Wow. Where to begin? The area outside smells of sewage, the place is run down and worn, graffiti in the elevators (which screech and groan alarmingly), and we were astonished to be approached by a very hostile bellman screaming at us for using a luggage cart (which I was directed to do by the front desk clerk). Absolutely awful experience.
