UPOUUSI!!! Tämä on ihastuttava vuoristokoti, joka on kauniisti sisustettu miellyttävällä ja rentouttavalla mielessä sinulle ja muutamille ystävillesi ja perheellesi. Älä unohda turkislapsiasi. "Compass Rose" toivottaa sinut tervetulleeksi ja toivottiin tervetulleeksi pääsisältöön, jossa voit poistaa kengät säästä, ennen kuin teet tiensä tähän viihtyis��än ja rauhalliseen pakoon. Pääkerroksessa on avoin konsepti elin-, ruokailu- ja ruoanlaittoon, jossa voit nauttia aikaa yhdessä ja tarjoaa pääkerroksen makuuhuoneen (queen-vuode) ja kylpyamme (lämmitetyt lattiat) sekä pesutupa. Toisessa kerroksessa on toinen oma huone, jossa on 3 kappaletta kylpyhuoneen kylpyamme (suuri suihku ja lämmitetyt lattiat) ja huone, jossa voi venyttää ja olla rauhallinen ja yksin. On myös parvi-alue, jossa on 4 pöytäpöytä pelejä varten ja queen-vuode. Paljon tilaa lapsille pelata.

Omistaja on asettanut paljon lisämaksuja tähän kotiin, joka parantaa oleskeluasi, kuten säteilevä lattialämmitys, viininjäähdytin, propaani-grilli, ulkona oma kylpytynnyri, jossa on ympäristön valaistus ja paljon muuta. Odotamme sinua Compass Cabinissa.

Palkkiot kauden, festivaalien ja juhlapäivien mukaan. Tämän kiinteistön perushinta on 2-4 hengelle. Kaikki ylimääräiset 2-4-vuotiaat vieraat lasketaan 25 dollarin maksulla. 00 per yö per yö enintään 6 henkeä. Lapset 1 ja alle ovat ilmaisia. Tämä koti on lemmikkieläinystävällinen ja jokainen lemmikki on 25 dollaria per lemmikki per yö (max koirat paikan päällä on 2)

Lisämaksuihin sisältyy siivousmaksu, 6%: n lomakeskusmaksu, joka kattaa luottokorttimaksun ja kiinteistön enintään 1000 dollaria vahingossa tapahtuneista vahingoista. Kantamaksu ei koske tahallisia ja huolimattomia vahingonkorvauksia, ja se kuuluu yksinomaan sopimuspuolen asiakkaan vastuulle. Sovelletaan myös valtiollisia ja paikallisia veroja.

Tämä on yksityisomistuksessa oleva loma-asunto, ja tunnemme, että koti voi nukkua yli 6 hengelle. Omistajat (jotka perustuvat tulipalvelusääntöihin, Chelan County -vuokraussääntöihin ja yhteisöihin, joissa elämme ja työskentelemme) sallivat vuokrasopimuksen perusteella enintään 6 vierasta. Vuokra-ajalla ei ole koskaan yli 6 vierasta. Jos kiinteistöstä löytyy enemmän kuin sopimuksen kohteena oleva asiakasmäärä, sopimus on mitätön, ja asiakkaiden on luovuttava ilman palautusta. Thanksgiving in the woods
We (my husband, daughter, her husband and 2 children) spent Thanksgiving at this cabin. Everything we needed was provided. There was some snow and the kids had fun with that. It was decorated for Christmas, which was fun. The only down side was the taste and smell of the water, which we were warned about. The cabin was warm and cozy.

Very clean and convenient to both Leavenworth and Steven's Pass. The Dish TV service and internet are unreliable, but we were there to enjoy nature, not to spend hours using tech, so it wasn't a big loss to us.

Wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the hot tub and deck area. Very clean. We were there with kids 4 months to 6 years and it was very kid friendly. The heated floors in the bathrooms was simply amazing, that gets 5 stars alone! The beds were too soft for our liking, but that’s just a personal preference. One thing we didn’t like was the pots and pans were very scratched up so it made cooking a bit unpleasant as it felt like we were eating the coating. Overall a great, family oriented house.

Girl Weekend
Had a very nice relaxing weekend with my girlfriends. The hot tub was very clean as well as the whole house. The only drawback was the TV was mounted extremely high, but overall a fantastic day and we will be back.

Great Cabin for Family with Young Kids and Dog
Nice cabin, still has that new build feel. Very clean and well laid out. Kitchen was well stocked. We forgot to pack dishes/utensils for our toddler, luckily they had a few kid kitchen utensils to get us by. If the hosts are looking for recommendations, I would stock up a bit more with kid kitchen dishes/utensils. We had one toddler so we were ok. Communication was pretty good. Only negative was we were depending on using the washer/dryer to wash clothes from another adventure we were coming from, but to our surprise there was a note on the washer that said it was out of order, would have been good to know ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly, so we had to improvise. Called host they responded quickly, kinda offered to try to help find a solution, but we figured it out ourselves, didn’t want to keep playing back and forth phone calls during our first days of vacation. We survived, but that was really the only negative. Overall I would recommend, great place, happy to find a place that was kid and dog friendly. That’s another thing, they satisfied our last minute request to add a dog to our stay with a quick response time, so that was pretty cool.

Clean and comfortable
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin and will definitely come back! The place was the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in and the beds were the most comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. Convenient location between Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee. Dish TV was glitchy and did not work most times but I suspect it has to do with the remote location.

Beautiful home
The house was beautiful. Very clean and great setup. The only thing we couldn’t get over was the smell of the well water. I grew up with a well and never experienced such a strong sulfur smell that this house had. This would be the only reason why I wouldn’t return to this place. Even after going in the hot tub my daughters hair reeked like sulfur.

Very nice!
The rental was very clean and well maintained! The house had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. My only downside, which is probably my own mistake is that the property is not very private. In fact, for a property who allows dogs there is no fence and the neighbors let their dog roam freely which is very uncomfortable for other dog owners. Otherwise, great place for a quick get away!

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway
This was a fantastic cabin! It was very clean, beautiful inside and out, a very cozy place to stay. The hot tub was amazing as well!! It was also close to Lake Wenatchee and only 20mins to Leavenworth. The only small thing we didn't like is the smell of the water. But it was stated (printed form) in the cabin that at times the water smells depending on weather, as property is on a well. Overall, our stay at the cabin was wonderful! We will definitely come back again!

Great weekend
The place was very clean and everything was there that you’d need. We took our dog and the only thing I’d want to add to this property would be a fenced back yard. When it’s 28 degrees outside it was fun having to put the dog on a leash every time. Guess I’m spoiled at home a bit. Other then that it’s an amazing property and loved the heated floors. Thanks for sharing your home.

The home was well stocked with all needed items including lawn golf which we enjoyed. So clean and not too much stuff around for our grandson to get into. It was close enough to Leavenworth and enjoyed the beautiful drive.

We stayed here for two nights and it is a quiet neighborhood near Lake Wenatchee. My first impression when I entered the house was that everything was clean and smelled like a new house. The house was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable.

Amazing and beautiful well-kept property!!
We had a great time staying here...we were close to Lake Wenatchee where the kids had a great time swimming! It was close enough to town that we didn't at all mind the very scenic drive to and from. We loved the 50's diner and the Squirrel Tree Resort restaurant was good also...recommend the fried jalapeno chips! We were comfortable cooking a few meals and enjoyed our evenings under the stars in the hot tub! Our only issue was the capacity of wifi as it was maxed out for the month and required the owners extend more data...after a few days it was maxed out again...you could see a pattern of this as there were over 40 messages on the mifi app showing this wasn't the first time. The owners were pretty responsive to extending this, but it would have been preferable to not needed to contact the property management/owners at all and recommend you opt for another type of service. Outside of that, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciate having stayed here.
