Great Getaway!!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The neighborhood is so fun to explore and the beach was beautiful! The only thing was the apartment smelt off, but besides that it was a great getaway and a wonderful vacation!

Away time
The property was older but nice. Could hear through the walls, but again....not the end of the world. When we first walked in tho I seen that the counters had not been cleaned, the floors were dirty, the dishes were not clean and the shower had not been cleaned. We ran up to the store and grabbed a few cleanrs as there were not any there and cleaned the condo peior to staying. A bit of an inconvenience but overall, it was a beautiful view and we would stay again.

When I arrived at the property, after a long day of driving, the code that was given to me worked, except that the door knob was locked, and I could not get in. I called the company and they did get me in, but those details should not be overlooked. That process took probably about 35 minutes. It was me and a child traveling alone, but thank goodness he is easy going. Also, with all the stuff that was accessible to us as guests, there was no hair dryer to be found amongst those items, therefore I couldn't wash my hair after spending time at the beach. I texted the property and they said they'd text me with updates, yet no one ever came with a hair dryer. I'm easy going so having greasy hair was ok for a couple of days, but I'm sure that other people wouldn't be too happy about that. I would've liked someone to communicate to me if they weren't going to bring it, instead of just not doing anything about it.

Excellent home away from home!
There were 10 in our group that celebrated a class reunion at the WatersEdge. Each of our rooms were very clean and the kitchen was stocked well. We stayed in room 310, which was absolutely perfect! The owners really did think of everything and the condos are centrally located for easy entertainment and exertions. Would definitely rent again!!!

There was plenty of room for 3 to 4 people. Very clean, nice furnishings, kitchen was nice, had everything we needed. Great view of the bay and some of the ocean. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet amd pet friendly
This is a well-loved, but clean place to stay and relax at the coast. I was so glad they allow dogs. The bay view from the balcony is grand and the coast with breaker waves is just a short walk along the road or beach at low tide. The fireplace is cozy in bad weather. The only odd thing (like most of the other reviews state) is the faucet in the kitchen. It is not secure and wobbles a lot.

Great view, but needs TLC.
The good: fantastic view, large and comfortable condo, sweet balcony. The bad: terrible kitchen gear, unable to regulate heat, only 4 towels (there were 4 of us) and one said “dog towel”, no directions for tv and only basic cable. We would stay again, but will be prepared for the deficiencies.

Great stay
We really enjoyed our vacation. The home and view were amazing. However, when we went to leave we discovered that someone cut our gas line and stole our gas. We had to pay to get it fixed so we could drive home. Our van was parked in the lot at the Waters Edge for the entire 2 days, which we thought would be safe. Very upsetting.

Nice condo with a great view of the bay! Great location in the Taft area with restaurants and a grocery store an easy walk away. Easy access to the beach from the property. Second time at a Waters Edge unit and looking forward to the next time!

Once again we loved it!
The condo was clean, very well decorated, had everything we needed, the location was perfect and you couldn’t beat the view out of the sliding glass window. It’s a great place to start your day sitting on the deck looking at the ocean having a cup of coffee. The condo was very welcoming to our dog and she had a great vacation also. This is our second time to this condo and we plan to be back many times.

Didn’t want to leave!!
My son and I had a wonderful time, the condo was conveniently located so if you didn’t want to drive you could walk to shops and store’s. It was only a few minutes drive from more fun things!! We had so much fun and really enjoyed being so close to the beach.

Dirty and housekeeping would not come to clean
Dog food on floor, food bits stuck on counter, dust bunnies, MULTIPLE HAIRS ON SHEETS, Bobby-pin on floor, sticky dirt spots in kitchen floor etc. Plus the condo had a weird smell...like mold or something rancid? 5 calls & multiple emails with photos to VRBO & local prop mgr was aware. Property manager NEVER reached out. We couldn’t even sleep in the bed!! $500 to use the toilet, watch about 5 hrs of tv and sleep ON TOP of the bed, using our own pillow and blankets! We did not prepare the food we brought because of the Dirty kitchen causing unexpected expense. We did not use the shower... To add insult to injury you send out an automated email say you’re taking extra measures in cleaning following Covid guidelines. Seriously??? I have zero faith in that due to the poor cleaning techniques used. I WANT THE MAJORITY OF MY MONEY BACK. I WILL take this to the city, county and state if need be. All it would have taken originally was for housekeeping to do a 20 minute cleaning and a little compensation. You put my husband and my self on ignore. Unsanitary conditions, the possibility of contacting Covid, the wasting of well over half our vacation dealing with this matter. Now home, we will continue to waste our time following up on this. I won’t even go into the constant stress headache and upset stomach you’ve caused. And to think...it could have been so easily remedied 🤷‍♀️
