We had a pet friendly room which was clean and quiet. I never would have known any animal was previously in this room, very nice and clean. The hotel is perfectly located amongst the tourist spots in Lincoln and Franconia Notch. Max at the front desk was super nice and polite. We had a great stay!

This hotel is a very basic property. There are no restaurants around and it’s about a 5-10 minute drive to anywhere you want to go. The room was fine, but certainly not worth what we paid. If you are going to Lincoln for events or skiing pay the extra and stay closer to Loon Mounatin.

Our room was quiet, the bed was comfortable, the shower was clean and hot. There was conditioner, which not many hotels in this category offer. The hot tub was a little too hot, but better too hot than too cold. Breakfast was adequate. There wasn't decaf in the carafes but there were pods in our room so that was fine. I understand not many want decaf. Restaurant recommendations from the staff were spot on. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I booked this property through Expedia two weeks ago. Upon arrival, the staff member on duty was extremely rude while speaking on the phone, and afterward made mocking remarks about another guest—saying, “I’ve checked them in so their card is getting charged,” then laughed. Shortly after, I realized there was an error between Expedia’s time frames and the hotel’s booking system: my reservation had been processed for the wrong night (the previous night instead of the intended date). When I tried to resolve the issue, the hotel staff told me it was my problem, insisted the booking was non-refundable, and told me to take it up with Expedia. When I contacted Expedia they told me they could not do anything because I was also checked in and check-in was not for 11 days. Between the unprofessional behavior and refusal to assist with a genuine booking error, this experience felt dishonest and dismissive. Buyer beware.
