Not allowed in to the lobby to register. Had to talk/listen through a little hole and pass paperwork through a slot while waiting just inside the storm door with arctic-like weather just outside. Very unfriendly introduction to the motel.

I don’t know how this place received any reviews above 5. It was old and dumpy. I killed bugs in my room. One of the hand towels was dirty. And upon telling the receptionist these things when checking out he shrugged his shoulders and said “we’ve already sprayed the place” No comment from him about the dirty towel…no apology. He really didn’t care.

Our room was nice, cozy and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would having soap to wash hands but we had our personal so it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

I booked this property on the fly through the app when I was close to London, Arkansas, and decided I would push on past Little Rock to be clear of any morning traffic since I was working my way east across the country. I arrived at about 9:30 p.m. and found a sign at the desk that the clerk had stepped away for awhile. No matter, I started sending updates to family members and wasn't quite finished when the clerk returned from her break. She quickly checked me in and I drove across the parking lot and settled in for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was ready to go at 0600, so I was able to hit the road early. Many thanks!

We stayed overnight here. We are traveling with a dog, from NC to AZ. We also needed a street level room to park our truck right next to our room. We had the back of our truck packed with stuff. It felt very safe here. This hotel is CLEAN! The beds are super comfy, & plenty of Towels, which were soft and absorbent. The Staff is very courteous and friendly. We would definitely recommend this Hotel!

It wasn’t all that clean, there was road con where we sat on the highway for 45 minutes of course it’s not their fault but we went straight to bed and left the next morning breakfast was put up before they said so at 8:00 we left. Bed was comfortable.
