Beach Access:
• 10-minute walk to the beach
• One block from downtown Long Beach

Pets:
• Please declare your dogs. This home is Dog-Friendly for up to two well-behaved dogs
• $25 per dog per night cleaning charge, plus taxes and fees.
• Not declaring your dogs will result in a $500 fine.

Parking:
• There is room for two COMPACT vehicles. One in the garage, One in the driveway.
• 110v trickle charge outlet. Extension cord not provided.
• No parking or driving on rocks between driveways
• COMPACT VEHICLES ONLY, Do Not block the driveway
• Failure to comply will result in vehicles being towed at owner's expense

One block off the main strip and around the corner form the main entrance to the beach! Couldn't have asked for a better location. The place what clean and quiet, perfect for the whole family.

We were given lots of options for the condo like early check in, late check out, bikes, kites, and bbq. Its a short walk to all the things in town or to the beach. The management team was easy to get hold of and the condo was set up to help you with your stay like food recommendations, games and movies.

Very family friendly place
This vacation home was a fantastic place to stay for my family of 6 over the 4th of July holiday weekend. Booking was a breeze, and communication was fantastic! The property rules and expectations for our stay were clear, and there was no confusion. Upon arrival, everything advertised about the home was accurate. The kitchen is well stocked, everything worked, and there's plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels! My teens especially loved that this home was so close to town. We enjoyed the one block walk to the beach and all the fun to be had in town. The neighbors are very friendly, respectful, and kind. The washer and dryer worked great, and we took advantage of using them prior to leaving. This is the first trip in years we didn't return from a weekend away with loads of laundry to do upon return. Mom win! Our entire family really enjoyed our stay! Thank- you!

Fun Time
The condo was very nice and clean on the inside and outside. It is a fairly small place but it was perfect for my husband, our two daughters and myself. There is a small green area next to the condo to walk the dog. It literally took 2 minutes to walk to the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

Great location
This was a fabulous place to stay to visit Long Beach and the Peninsula! The downstairs room was perfect with a bunkbed for the kids while the parents had space upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked and the host checked in to make sure all was great! We definitely would stay again!

Perfect Location - Park and Walk EVERYWHERE!
My family and I loved our stay. The home was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. We didn't have to use our vehicle at all, everything we needed was only a short walk away.

Overall is good. Great location close to everything in town. Property is good other then a few maintenance issue. Could need a better maintenance person or more detail needed. Garage had stuff in it and couldn’t park the car. Listing should of said small car only cause my truck would not fit the driveway and the MDX couldn’t fit in the garage. It would of if there wasn’t stuff in it. We wanted to check in couple of hours early but was hit with $15 an hour charge which never happen to me before at any other places that I have rented nor was allow to check out one hour later. All was good and we had a good time and that’s what matter.

Great place for families
This is a great end unit condo that is very centrally located. There is plenty of space for families and I appreciate the well supplied kitchen. I would recommend bringing a water filter or bottled water if you are particular about taste, but otherwise we will come back!

Beware
Beware of Bloomer Estates management making up extra fees to charge you. The place was cute in pictures and well decorated. But there was hair on the floor and sand on the sheets like it hadn’t been washed up after the previous tenants. Had a strange odor. We will not be renting from a bloomer estates property again.

My family of 5 (3 teenage boys my husband and I) stayed for 3 nights. We loved the condo! It was just what we needed for a family weekend. The location was absolutely perfect! The boys walked to town to hang in the arcade. We walked into town to hit all the cute little shops along the Main Street. The boys used the bikes to ride along the beach trail and had a blast! Definitely recommend this condo to a small family wanting a cozy beach getaway!

The condo is very small even for 4 adults. There is very little room to sit and talk in living room. The condo has electric wall heaters and it has a fire place that does not work. Be aware that parking is very very limited at this condo. The garage can barely fit a small car. Only four people can sit at the table. The thermostat on the downstairs bedroom did not have a control knob.

We only stayed a couple days, walking distance to beach & downtown. Great amenities in the condo, including movies & Roku on smart TV, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, fans in the rooms...they even had bikes to ride! And, it's hard to find a place that's pet friendly. Highly recommend.
