Terrible customer service, front desk person unfriendly to English speaking guests. Server at the 9 th floor cafe extremely uncooperative and told us to go to 1St floor breakfast area start up the coffee making machine and help ourselves to hot water for tea even during the business hours of the 9th floor cafe.where water was available.Water from the tap had unusual odour.

I had an incredible stay Hotel Atlantico during my recent trip to Madrid. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering a seamless check-in experience and helpful local tips. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—right on Gran Vía and within walking distance of major attractions like Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, and Plaza Mayor. Public transport is also easily accessible, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep despite being in the city center. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a rainfall shower and premium toiletries. Overall, Hotel Atlantico exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and prime location. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Madrid.

No airconditioner from 12/26/2024 to 01/01/2025,,,room 510. When I informed the problem to staff, they told me to open the window,, with the window open I could not sleep due to loud noise from gran via avenue. The air conditioner was never fixed.
