Location, location, location
Such a great stay with family and friends! Very clean, well stocked with kitchen supplies, easy parking and so close to Canyon lodge. Can’t wait to come back again!

Lack of communication
Host and communicating through Vrbo was frustrating. None of the replies addressed my inquiries. When I contacted the office, I was told they were going to be closing at 3. Upon confirming the address, I was told that it was “1849 Lakeview”...the address and property info was confusing. The phone number listed on the door for local onsite #, should be noted as an emergency #. The person who answered the call was quite rude and upset that I contacted her late in the evening for my non-urgent questions. I felt bad for interrupting her evening, but it really did not feel inviting/welcoming after talking to her. I was responsible for 3 families and wanted to make sure everything went smoothly...this location and unit was perfect for our group but the fact that no one called me to follow up was disappointing. Also, we only received one parking placard when I requested 3. We ended up only needing two. And to receive a tip envelope left a bad taste in my mouth...why would that even be suggested after charging us extra for the cleaning services etc? I normally tip very generously but I was turned off by the reminder/suggestive move.
