Tervetuloa Birdsong Cabin! Tarjoamme täysin kalustettu, täysin varusteltu, puhdas ja mukava koti järven LBJ - joka sattuu olemaan suurin tasaisena järven Yhdysvalloissa! Olemme lemmikkieläinystävällinen. Lemmikit edellyttävät ennakkohyväksyntää kiitos.

Kotimme nukkuu 8 mukavasti. Se on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 täyttä kylpyammeet. Kaksi makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa on parivuode, kun taas kolmas makuuhuone on kaksi täyttä / kahden hengen vuodetta. Myös twin size päivä sänky olohuoneessa että on ulosvedettävä twin vyöryä sänkyyn alla. Molemmat kylpyammeet ovat suihkukaapit valkoisilla metro laatta!

Avoimen konseptin keittiöstä voit katsella lahdelle, joka ympäröi saarta, joka on täynnä puita. Kaikenlaiset villieläimet ovat nähtävissä poukamassa, nutriasta kimpuihin, kala kilpikonniin ja nosturilintuihin haukkuihin ja pöllöihin! Meidän lahti on no-vanavedessä lahti. Täydellinen melonta, kalastus ja kelluva! Voit sitoa veneen / vesiskootterin laipioon ja rentoutua! Moderni keittiö on musta graniitti laskurit valtava keskus saarella viihdyttävä. On avoimet ylähyllyt, täysin varusteltu keittiön astioilla. Takana patio on tupakoitsija / grilli ja ulkona takorautakalusteet. Älä unohda puuhiiltä / kevyempää nestettä!

Molemmilla puolilla ja takana on katettu ulokkeet. Meillä on hevosenkengät ja pesukone laudat nautintoa! Tule luonamme ja saada valmis rentoutumaan ja ottamaan tuoreen järven LBJ olo!

Huomioithan, että OMAISUUTEEN KÄYTETTÄVISSÄ KÄYTETTÄVÄT YHTEYSHENKILÖN NUMERO, ONNEN VARAUKSEN LUETTELOJEN VÄLITÖJEN NUMERO. Jos tämä sääntö on rikki, vakuus menetetään. Arvostamme ymmärrystäsi tässä asiassa.

Pienet lemmikkieläimet, joiden paino on enintään 35 kg, ovat sallittuja vain etukäteen. Lemmikkieläimiä tuodut lemmikkieläimet saattavat johtaa vakuuden menettämiseen. Viikon nurmikonhoito tapahtuu tyypillisesti keskiviikkoisin (muutokset voivat tapahtua säästä, lomista, aikataulukonflikteista jne.).
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Lake LBJ. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja keittiön.

Perfect family get away
The house is called birdsong Cabin. Love the name, but it certainly is not a cabin. It is a lovely home and fully equipped with anything you need. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and many recreational areas are close by. The owners were available and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway or a gathering of friends.

2nd Time Renter
This is the 2nd time we have rented this property, and most of the same reasons we keep coming back. My wife and I and our 2 teenage children enjoy getting away from it all and this place does it. Located on a nice, secluded cove, we have stayed a total of 10 nights and have still yet to see a neighbor. We love playing corn hole, horseshoes and even croquet. We cook all our meals here and the kitchen has everything, I grill the meats outside. We don't spend much time inside but still has what you need, clean rooms, nice bathroom and best of all, only 1 TV. Only 10 minutes from all the boat rentals. Go to the HEB in Marble Falls for whatever you want to cook, the one in Kingsland is very small. The host, Amy is exactly what you want in a host, great communication both pre and post trip and she doesn't get in the way while you are there. The only thing I would add is a couple of Kayaks but no biggie. Hopefully cane make it back for a 3rd time.

Great Stay at Birdsong!!
Our family of 5 had a great time at this location. The house was very clean and comfortably fit our crew. Very convenient to put in our boat and tie it on the dock (ramp is literally around the corner from the house). Plenty of room in the driveway to park the boat trailer plus 3 SUV/trucks. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The back yard is fenced and great for a dog. We took our boat and ate at Boatown (easy 10 min boat ride) and got reservations at Hoopers for dinner one night. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to LBJ lake. We rented jet skis a couple of days as well. No complaints about the property and communication with owners is easy and prompt. Beds are comfortable and house stays cool (it was 101 a few days we were there). Everything is less than 10 mins away. We would stay here again!

Great location and the house was perfect for our needs. The one drawback was the outside furniture , it could use some updating. Overall though, it was a very peaceful and relaxing weekend.

Fantastic stay for our family
Our family of four stayed over the Fourth of July. The lake house is darling and spotlessly clean. The view out to the cove from the back of the house and the backyard is lovely. A very serene location. We brought our boat and enjoyed the location on the cove with easy access to the river. We floated in the cove near the house too. We ran out of time but wanted to paddle-board too. Amy was very helpful and great with communication. We enjoyed the Thirsty Armadillo (drive thru) for creative drinks and ventured to the Bluebonnet Cafe for dinner and their scrumptious pies. We highly recommend a stay on the lake here and would definitely stay again.

Great private cove house!
Cons: The bathrooms aren't attached to any bedrooms. No kitchen sink disposal. Pros: Everything else! The house is just as advertised - a perfect little getaway home with a huge waterfront on a manmade cove. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained. Linens were provided, plentiful and good quality. The yard was mowed and landscaping was beautiful. Housekeeping was spotless and the kitchen might be the most fully stocked with utensils, dishes and spices of any house that we have rented. Caught a catfish and lots of bluegill out back so solid kid fishing entertainment. Minutes from town and Inks Lake State Park. A great experience and we would come back!

Comfortable
There were six of us senior lady friends and the accommodations were very comfortable. Two ladies fished most of the time and caught perch and 3 nice catfish(catch and release). Sitting on the porch in morning was sooo peaceful, the games could be updated pieces missing but we still played and laughed a lot! The two bathrooms are not in the bedrooms as the sight indicated. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully furnished. Lovely place to stay. Thank you Amy for sharing your home!

DOG FRIENDLY, FENCED YARD
MY DAUGHTER, HER DOG AND I ENJOYED THIS PROPERTY. VERY WELL STOCKED KITCHEN AND PLEASANT OUTDOOR SPACES. THE DOG LOVED THE BIG, FENCED YARD AND HAD A BALL EXPLORING, CHASING SQUIRRELS, AND RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HILL. MY DAUGHTER CAUGHT A FEW NICE CATFISH WHICH WE RELEASED. QUIET EXCEPT FOR NEIGHBORHOOD MOWING, ETC. OVERALL, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH. THE OWNER WAS SUPER ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS CONNECTED TO ANY OF THE BEDROOMS.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Communication was outstanding. The property was nicely appointed, very clean, and very welcoming. The location was relatively peaceful, convenient to local stores, and 5 mins from the golf course. My wife, Mom, and kids loved the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Place!
The place was just perfect - very nice and clean inside and two really great outdoor areas. Off season, so nice and quiet outside, great views, very relaxing! Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Again, the place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go again and highly recommend!

Wonderful Cabin
Amazing waterfront home. Very clean, large kitchen with all necessities. As soon as we walked in, we felt like we were home. The property is beautiful. Jake the dog loved running around, watching the wild life on the island. This is a favorite for sure. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great Getaway
Property was well maintained had several outdoor games to entertain a group. Indoors the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. There were also plenty of board games available if thats your thing. This area of the lake is quiet, we spent some time on floaties but we did see paddleboards, kayaks, and other watercrafts pass by. It was a very relaxing stay

Awesome Property!
Birdsong Cabin is such an awesome property! We stayed for 3 nights in August and despite the temps being well into the 100s, we were able to fish pretty much all day because there is so much shade! We caught a ton of Sunfish and even some Rio Grande Cichlids! It was nice just floating around the island so be sure to bring floats or kayaks. The house is incredibly clean and the beds were super comfortable. Amy was wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back!

Just as Advertised
We stayed here for 5 nights and it is as advertised. The property is in a great location, less than 10 minutes from Kingsland for water craft rental. It sits in a quite cove, about 7 to 8 minutes kayak ride to the main part of the Colorado River. The cove is great for relaxing in a tube, listening to music and have your favorite beverage. We like to cook all our meals and the kitchen is perfectly stocked for that. It has plenty of yard games to have fun with. Just make sure to bring any water toys for your trip. The host Amy is awesome with communication both pre and during your trip. It is not always easy to find constant level water during the drought but this place has it. I would definitely recommend and would like to return.

Wonderful family vacation!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, it is a wonderful and peaceful spot! The whole family enjoyed their time here and everything was provided, along with ample parking for our boat trailer and vehicles. The backyard space is amazing!
