Unfortunately, the hotel is not clean enough, the rooms are not maintained properly, we stayed on the 16th floor in rooms 1607 1609, for 3 nights, it seems that the rooms need renovation, the rooms are old.

The steam room didn't work and the toilet didn't do it well the room had damaged the curtain and the bathroom door was damaged

The Loew’s hotel is nice, at the beach and boardwalk, close to numerous (numerous!) restaurants, and clean. Staff is nice. Overall everything was great but it would have been nice if the lobby had some comfy seating.

Maria at check in was amazing only thing was my wife was asked to move from her sunbed to accommodate another two guests because she wanted her umbrella to remain up and they wanted it down. Surprised she was asked to move to be honest which of course she did not. Other than this all other staff we encountered were delightful.
