The rooms were less spacious than it looked online, mostly the bathroom was very tiny and cramped. The staff were friendly and nice. However, I asked for a new ironing board because the one in my room was broken but it never came.

Even in your room you heard everything going on in the patio. Lack of costumer service and empathy. After paying for room many hidden fees once you get to the hotel. Will not recommend staying here.

Loved the staff and various people including Kevon were very helpful and friendly. The showers were cold and took a very long time to warm up. The showers need to be updated, as there were cracked tile and the controls were broken. Loved the breakfast and the organization around the breakfast, and the outdoor seating. The pool and the surrounding deck were very pleasant. Great central location to many things, including parking, dining and beach. Loved the availability of water for each room. We only used the elevator during move-in and move-out. The rest of the time we used the stairs to the 4th floor. Would be good to raise the landing on the 4th floor by about an inch to make the floor level at the doorway. All in all, a good experience for the family

The customer service from ALL staff is TOP TIER! accommodating and polite. Ready to accommodate and always pleasant and calm. I booked a penthouse with terrace. The lock on the terrace door did not work and when I came in it was slightly open so now I’m cautious. There was hair on the bathroom floor and around toilet. I pulled the sheets back and there was long hair which it seems the bed was just remade. Towels and water bottles were dropped off daily. Floors not swept and mopped either. These issues can be fixed by supervising cleaning staff. But everyone is polite. The elevator is super small ( max 3) if you mind. Oh and one day I’m laying in bed I look up and there is a “worker” on the terrace working! He’s like directly in front pretending not to be watching me. I politely get up and close the curtains. I wasnt warned by the front desk that people would be working on the building. I didn’t report it because at the time I didn’t know who was in on it and remember my lock didn’t work. So I put all the furniture in front of glass doors as I slept. Bartender is great and drinks were good and the fresh continental breakfast was pretty good. Great location and walking distance to everything.

Great location! One block from South Beach. Walkable, safe area. My 16 yr old and I enjoyed our stay at The President. Staff was attentive, friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast a bonus.
