Staying at Laskpur Landing for 2-Weeks in Milpitas

The hotel suited our expectations, offering free parking, Wi-Fi, and breakfast. Additionally, it featured a one-bedroom suite with a living room and a full kitchen. It also has a gym, and on-site laundry facilities. Its convenient location close to restaurants and stores, and being only 15 minutes away from San Jose Mineta International Airport. We will likely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at multiple larkspur locations and this one felt just like the others in comfort and amenities. I would only comment that my room did have trash left over from previous users. But overall, I felt comfortable.

I had placed the "Please clean the room" sign before we went out, but housekeeping did not clean our room. We were out the entire day, and when we returned, the room was still not cleaned.

OK, I’m gonna start off by saying as far as the stars go it’s -10 because we drove so far away over 100 miles to get to this amazing location just to come to Avail that this property was nothing but a horror movie. When it goes to being cleanliness, I must say that the worst of the worst that can possibly be is what we seen last night completely not what we expected. The pictures were taking probably way before or by some blind person who did not see the room itself and the conditions For those who travel to this location, please be aware. This was a complete scam to the traveler. Pictures were taken probably by neighbors or relatives. They complete horror show when we walked in. We saw broken glass. The windows were absolutely absolutely cracked the front porch door the screen was ripped apart , the bathroom was nothing but disgusting hair everywhere urine trash, cleaned the kitchen and the couches were clothing on it. The dishwasher was full. The sink was full. Complete horror show buyer beware please for those who really care for their money and on top of all we couldn’t even get to the bedroom was locked and we couldn’t try to get in this place. The host should be ashamed of himself to put up such an advertisement. Was locked and we couldn’t try to get in this place.
