Great Stay with A Few Things to Mention!
Overall, this house was wonderful - it's HUGE and has a superb, expansive view of the lake. We would definitely stay here again. - Our only disappointment was that the queen bedroom and the bedroom with 1 double and bunk beds are in the basement and there was no bathroom in the basement. This caused issues for someone in our party who has mobility issues. - I also want to mention that the boat house area and house deck should be treated for wasps and spiders. We were okay, but there were many! Overall, fantastic stay! :)

Good House!
Overall the property was located in a great spot and had great views of the lake. Very large house with lots of room. No bathroom on the bottom floor was inconvenient so be prepared! Large yard with a nice sized dock. The water temperature was in the 90s due to the hot weather so that was a little disappointing. Overall, we had a great time!

Family Retreat
The property was as described. With 4 adult couples and 5 grandchildren the house fit us perfectly. Each couple had a bedroom with a private bath, The children played, watched TV and slept downstairs. The best thing was drinking coffee every morning on the back porch overlooking Lake Anna.

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. A couple things that needed some help were the lawn had clearly not been mowed for at least 2 weeks. The grass had gone to seed and was up to the chin of our 2 year old. The hardwood floors and bathrooms in general were not clean.

FAMILY VACATION
This house is great and has a lot of rooms and space. The property was nice and had a great dock and water access. The only down side is that there was 2 rooms in the basement but no bathroom. All the other rooms had bathrooms attached, so anyone staying in the rooms downstairs needed to share a bathroom in another bedroom.

Beautiful lake home
This is a perfect lake vacation home. Everything you need, perfect location, flat lot, great dock. Only draw back is there is no bathroom for the bottom level bedrooms- they have to share with someone’s private bedroom bath.

Our family loved gathering in this beautiful and comfortable home. Early morning coffee on the deck with that amazing view of the lake was a delight! The dock was a great place for fishing and swimming, too.

Best Time
We had so much fun for the short time we stayed. The house is equipped with everything. The house is very modern, cozy, and clean. Big open kitchen. Amazing view from the balcony and dock. We all had so much fun jumping off the dock. We brought our inflatable kayaks and boat, to go out fishing. We caught some cat fish and stripe bass. The kids had a lot of fun. We played ping pong for several hours. The best vacation to social distance during CV-19. The pool noodles were so useful and fun, even my 4 years old had fun using it to jump off the dock and help the kids stay in the water longer and safe. The only thing we wish the dock has is a slide. We'll definitely come back

Great quiet lake house.
The house and property were great. Very spacious home, nicely appointed, and accurately described on the website. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly which we loved. The lake view from the back deck is fantastic and we couldn't spend enough time sitting and talking there. Couple of short notes: the home had a bad odor to it when we arrived which smelled a bit like smoke, the fireplace was full of ashes and not cleaned out, the shower in the queen bedroom close to the front door has a very slow drain and needs a little attention, there was no detail on what to do with the trash cans as they filled up, and lastly we could not find any direct phone # to contact a property manager with questions without calling the VACASA # which had a > 30 minute wait time. Overall happy & would definitely stay again. Thanks! Jim

Great time on the private side
The house is wonderful. The dock is spacious and had a place to dock our boat. Caught bass, catfish and sunfish from the dock. The views from the house were great. Saw lots of wildlife from ospreys to foxes. Nice flat back yard for the kids to play in. The family room is large and well setup. Will look to come back.

Perfect getaway
House is at an ideal location for a getaway and has plenty of room for a family or two. The rooms are well lit, clean and comfortable. The central kitchen allows you to "get breakfast going" while staying engaged with the family. The fire pit is great for enjoying the backyard while the kids explore. FIshing off the dock is great! Caught a few... striped, large mouths, catfish and perch. Not a day went by without a catch. Only downside is the construction noise from nearby homes during the weekdays (730am to 430pm) but the evenings and weekends are so peaceful.
