Latitude Adjustment - Water views w/ a Golf Cart!

Latitude Adjustment offers three bedrooms (two master suites) and three bathrooms, a six seater golf cart, and relaxing pond views on the Links Golf Course. It is located in the Bayou Village neighborhood of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It's a quiet spot with relaxing views and a quick ride to the beach!

Highlights of the home are listed below:

* Six-seater golf cart included

* Sleeps 10 in beds, most comfortable with a max of 6 adults and children

* Parking available for two cars

* 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, with ample parking

* Access to two heated pools, one with a zero entry and lap lanes, both less than a five minute ride away! ****Please note, the second pool is under renovation, with estimated completion in early 2025

* Access to the Sandestin Fitness Center (three minute ride) or Grand Fitness (five minute ride) (Fees apply)

* Access to three beautiful golf courses within Sandestin, The Links Golf Club, The Baytowne Golf Club, and the Raven Golf Club. Tee times can be booked online (Fees apply)

* Great fishing opportunities in the lakes within Sandestin, the bay, or even off the beach! Catch and release policy for the ponds, and a fishing license is required for bay/gulf fishing

* TVs in all bedrooms

* Bicycle rentals available at the Sandestin marina (Fees apply)

No outside golf carts are allowed within the resort. Only golf carts included with rental properties that are registered to a homeowner are allowed. This is strictly enforced by Sandestin security.

Please note this property gets regular pest control treatments as part of the neighborhood HOA.

Guests have access to the Sandestin Beach and Golf Resort beach, two pools, restaurants, bars, golf courses, tennis courts, basketball courts, miniature golf, and shops all within the resort and accessible on a golf cart. The resort includes the Village of Baytowne Wharf which has lots of activities for the whole family including live music, playgrounds, ropes course, zip-line, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The grocery store, liquor store, gym, movie theater, more restaurants, and shops are just outside the resort at Grand Boulevard and accessible by the golf cart. You can't go wrong with this place!

Beautiful and cozy townhome
We come to Destin twice a year and love to stay at Baytowne because we travel with 6 kids Beautiful space and lovely finishes. Recommend a rug to help with reducing noise and echoes. The kids seemed so loud in the open common space ! Golfcart was great once we figured out to flip it from turtle mode to rabbit mode. Nosy neighbor reported our vehicles within hours of being there. She could’ve mentioned it to us outside while she was trying to tell us how to drive and move the golfcart… our kids would go outside to take trash out or she would hear us getting ready to leave and she would pop on out to her porch with her do to watch our every move or pretend to sweep her rug for the 5th time while she watched us load and unload. However Great location and fun place to be and enjoy ! You don’t have to have a beach view to enjoy the beach and family time

Perfect stay in Destin
Our family lived everything about our stay. It was one of the cleanest units we have been to in Destin. The location to all of the activities the kids like to do is great. Close cart ride to the beach. The communication was very good. Highly recommend. I hope we can get back this Winter.

Beautiful Condo
The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was so convenient that they offer beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. This condo is centrally located to all the main attractions. It was not more than 5-6 min golf cart drive to the beach, shops, Publix, or the wharf. We had kids ranging from 7-16yo and they all had a great time at the resort. The biggest downside to this resort is the beach. It was so crowded you literally couldn’t even find a square of sand to sit. With the privatization of the beaches, I was hoping to stay at a place with a private beach so we didn’t have to deal with the crowded public 30A beaches so that was disappointing. They do have rental chairs but don’t bother because they let everyone sit in front of them. Unless you rent through Sandestin direct, you cannot drop your kids/stuff at the beach and have to park in the “non-preferred parking “. It was a haul from the parking to the beach. Resort itself it’s fairly old but the grounds are well maintained and pretty.

The most perfect latitude adjustment!
I recently had the pleasure of staying here during my family's trip to the beautiful Florida beach. I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the location of the property was perfect. We were delighted to find that the VRBO was situated near the stunning Warftown Bay, allowing us to partake in a multitude of exciting activities. Whether it was kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll along the bay, there was never a dull moment. The proximity to such a picturesque spot truly enhanced our vacation. Additionally, the beach access was outstanding. With just a short walk, we found ourselves sinking our toes into the soft, powdery sand and basking in the warm Florida sunshine. The convenience of having the beach so close by made our days even more enjoyable, allowing us to easily take breaks and return to the comfort of our rental. Speaking of comfort, the cleanliness of the house was impeccable. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted by a spotless and well-maintained space. The attention to detail was evident in every room, from the fresh linens to the sparkling bathrooms. It was evident that the owners take great pride in ensuring their guests have a clean and inviting environment to relax in. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the fantastic location, beach access, and cleanliness of the house made for a truly memorable stay.

Relaxation and Fun
This condo is perfect! The location is a quick golf cart ride to the beach yet far enough away to enjoy quiet time after a day on the water. It is conveniently located near the other Sandestin attractions like the golf couse and the Warf! The screened in patio is super nice to enjoy early mornings and evenings overlooking the lake. We enjoyed the extra space in the bedrooms and my younger son loved the bunks. The condo is well-equipped with everything you need. We were pleasantly suprised to see they even had a box fan, which we usually have to bring with us! There were plenty of beach towels and having a full size washer and dryer was perfect! There are also plenty of nice beach chairs if you forget to bring your own! It was easy to communicate the times we did have a question. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we head to the beach!

Perfect House !!
We had a group of 4 adults and 6 children ranging from 3-15 and we all had a great time on the resort. The house was perfect size for all of us and had everything we needed including a golf cart ! The heated pools were amazing as well. We loved this resort and are planning to come back next year. The property manager was easy to work with and super helpful with all our questions.

Completely blown away by house!
Our family was looking forward to a wonderful stay at the Sandestin Resort and were not disappointed with our stay. In fact, we were blown away by the beautiful home and perfect location. The pictures do not do it justice! The home was clean, very well decorated, comfortable, and close to everything. The view of the golf course from the backyard was very relaxing and only enhanced the stay. When we needed to travel, we jumped into the 6-seater golf cart and were off! Will be back to Sandestin and will surely stay in the same house!

Nice family stay
The house was clean, nice and really cute, just enough room for everyone and beds were very comfy. We enjoyed all that the sandestin had to offer such as the wharf and marina. It was also very convenient to have to golf cart with our stay made traveling to the beach and all around the resort so much easier. We will definitely be back to stay here!

Great Vacation
The condo was amazing! The best part about it is...it's all newly remodeled...new towels, new sheets, new bathrooms, new kitchen and appliances, new furniture, all new flooring.... That was the best part! Everything was new. We didn't have to worry about cleaning or things being dirty or overly used. That was a stress relief that we loved. Plus, the design of the property is amazing... straight out of HGTV! We loved the screened porch and spend a lot of time out there. It was peaceful with a water view of the pond/golf course. The golf cart was new and big (6 seater). Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this condo. We had a great time and we would rent it again. The property manager was also very responsive and easy to work with.

What a wonderful experience...again. We previously stayed in another property managed by Traci and this time was just as great!!! One of the best around
This condo is fantastic in all ways. First, the remodel is first class. The decor is beach modern. The furnishings are top notch and the linens around the house are luxury level. I don’t think the pictures illustrate that this is a three bedroom unit, so plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen equipment is organized and everything is new. The back porch is peaceful and there is plenty of outside space in the yard to sit and watch golfers stroll by or see the bay in the distance. We enjoy this location for walking and biking then using the golf cart to explore the rest of Sandestin. The neighborhood is very quiet and kid friendly for biking outside. I would rent this unit again and would recommend it to my friends.
