Extremely dirty. Saw hai on pillow upon checking. Mold on bathroom soap dish. Dirty bathroom floor. Laundry machine did not work. Property manager gave hard time. Towels were dirty and worn out. We were three and gave only two towels. Upon complaint they said we can leave and look for another place. It was late at night. We decided to stay. Bathroom toilet bowl dirty. I asked to come and clean, they asked us to clean by ourselves. They gave cleaner and dirty looking nepkin to me to clean by myself.

The towels were old and dirty. There were cochroachs in the bathroom. I did use some towels after i showered and left them on the bathroom floor thinking they would take them and give me clean one, but they picked them up and folded them up and put them on the counter.

Stayed here before and loved it so much we came back but if THIS was our first time, we probably wouldn’t have returned. The service was ok- giving grace since it was Thanksgiving weekend. The condition of the room was a bummer and the comfort of the bed was just ok. It’s close to tons of stuff and perfect for pokemon go players. May consider staying there again if the price is right.

Dont stay .
Out dated. Needs good cleaning of the walls. Needs to supply more pillow, blankets, and towels. Not all the light fixtures worked. Was not worth the prices. When we call the front desk from our cell phone because the room phone didn't work. We were told no more pillows check back in the morning. I was only staying there for 1 night.

The room was dirty, hair on the back of the toilet, dirty spots on the floor. Stains on the bedding. The towels didn't look great either which made me decide not to take a shower. We were in a non-smoking room and it smelled like smoke in there. Mini fridge didn't look clean inside, wasn't sure if it was rust or mold. Didn't want to find out.

There was no coffee pot in our room - only in the common area. There was an old bar of soap left in the shower and there was pizza left over in our refrigerator. They did not supply any shampoo, etc. and there was no wifi.
