We enjoyed our stay. We went skiing so it was nice to have a nice warm room waiting for us. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast area was nice and clean with a decent amount of options. It was worth it.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool and hot tub clean and pool area clean with plenty of towels. I hope you keep the hot tub. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Manager was mopping the floor from the snow that was tracked in. Don't see that very often anymore. Will look to stay here if in the area again.

The heat was not working properly, thermostat not working and ran hot 86 degrees had to turn off. Room became chilly stayed in January it was cold outside. Water spot and dark appearance on ceiling, likely water Damage from above breakfast was ok

It was good price for what they offered. Pretty clean maybe only they should clean better bathroom- it’s should not be any hair of previous guests in the bathtub or floor. Sheets and beds pretty comfortable. Ac/ heater little loud- but get used to over time. Clean well washed towels. Breakfast - area really clean and taken care of. Variety of beverages to choose from. Not only cereal;) waffles, sausages scrambled eggs, baked potatoes. Yogurts, muffins, toasts and Nutella;) juices and good coffee.

The staff were both excellent at check-in, Tiffany and AJ were very nice, professional, and courteous to us. They even had a not-so-nice client who came down during our check-in and acted rude and they handled her with the same care and professionalism. I would return to this hotel, keep your great staff!
