The property is nice and we enjoyed our stay but between the computer mouse themed artwork, and the leather-sandalwood scented toiletries, it became obvious that this place must cater to a lot of tech Bros. We could hear a lot of noise through the floor and we found it disappointing that the Jacuzzi closed as early as it does. The hallway was ice cold to the point that we found ourselves hustling to get down to our end and into our room. The lights, the kettle, the wine key, sort of everything in the room felt cheap, like it was all ordered from Temu. It was fine and I'd consider staying here again but I wasn't blown away.

The hotel room was clean, on the smaller side even for two. The bed was comfortable, and the turn down was a nice touch. The hotel is a nice property but not necessarily near much liveliness.

One of the best places we have stayed in San Jose area. Clean, convenient parking and staff are very friendly. I forgot my iPad and manager Nate immediately took care of it and mailed it back to us. They also have a great restaurant Broma in the hotel. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was great, but the only reason I didn’t give it five stars is that we were disturbed by noise from the upstairs unit. The walls seemed to be rather thin, which made noise our only complaint. Overall, it was an amazing experience..

Overall a good stay! I would say it's more of a 4 Star Hotel versus a 5 Star. Pros: Beautiful Rooms, Free Parking, and Kind Staff Cons: Toilet was broken, Coffee was limited, Fridge was off in room, and lid to coffee cups did not fit

Lovely clean hotel with complementary parking. Disliked the experience at checkout and the slightly arrogant tone of voice from the male receptionist. Hospitality training is recommended. There is no need to sound pretentious and rude that checkout was at 11 am.
