THE PROPERTY

As you open the door to this 5th-floor condo, get ready to relax and get away from it all.

When you're not enjoying a seafood dinner at one of the restaurants down by the beach, stay in and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave, and everything you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Head to the quiet bedroom after a long day of fun in the sun for a good night's sleep. The bedrooms have 1 King bed, and 2 additional guests can sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Wake up each morning and step out onto the balcony to enjoy your coffee or orange juice! Watching the sun slowly rise over the horizon is the best way to start out your day.

THE LOCATION

The best part of this condo is its unbeatable location. Take the elevator to the ground floor and be on the beach in a matter of a few steps! Bring a book and get lost in a novel as you soak up the sun, or go for a refreshing dip in the pools!

Myrtle Beach has tons of putt-putt courses that guarantee fun for the whole family. For more family fun, take a walk across the street to the Family Kingdom Amusement Park or Splashes Waterpark! You can spend all day riding the thrilling rides and waterslides.

You're sure to be hungry after so much fun! Luckily, fantastic seafood restaurants can be found right down the street from the condo. After dinner, take a stroll along the boardwalk to browse the shops and get a view of the city from the top of the SkyWheel!

Checking in and out was extremely easy. The only negative issue for me was the extremely late check-in (4:00 PM) and if you have an early flight most of not all the places I visit they hold your luggage till check in time and this place doesn’t offer any assistance on this issue

It was a decent unit, but not spectacular. Stove and refrigerator in need of replacement. We purchased many kitchen implements including a blender that the unit lacked. Items left for future guests enjoyment. Had a dehumidifier running, which was great, but no instructions for guests on how to operate it. Thankfully we had an almost identical unit at home so operating and emptying it was simple. I cleaned the machine and the filters myself, as it was obvious it had never been done. Hair dryer falls off the wall if you look at it sideways. No place to store ANY bathroom items as the sink area and 2 small drawers were packed with towels and the big lower cabinet doors were locked. The bedroom closet was missing one of it's bifold doors, which we discovered under the bed. The wire shelf holding extra pillows and blankets was pulling out of the wall on one side. It's a nice place to stay with a decent side view of the beach. Beach and pools were a bit too crowded for my liking. If you're a social type, you'll love it! We booked based on a prior stay with a different company and were sad to see that Bolton's restaurant had been replaced by another that didn't offer breakfast. That was very disappointing.

Overall our stay was pretty good. We really appreciated the amount of clean towels and the room was in ok shape. I would definitely recommend making sure the extra pillows were replaced or cleaned. We found some that had stains on them.

Weekend getaway
The resort was very nice! Had all the amenities we wanted. It was very clean and was kept that way. Our room was ideal in size and setup. The smell of bleach overwhelmed me when we first arrived. So much so that I had an asthma attack because of it. After airing the room out & wiping down surfaces to decrease the odor, We enjoyed our stay. Spent most of our time on the beach or at the pool.

The location was perfect right on the beach the building was really nice and I love how secure it was, you could only get in by code Or pass key into building and in the parking garage with pass key only. The room itself is showing wear and tear from other people who've stayed and were rough on the property. The owner was very nice and helpful pleasant to do business with

Great host, horrible property
The host Julie was very polite and tried to remedy all of our problems. The unit was extremely run down and dirty, broken appliances and blinds, cigarette smell, broken outdoor chairs, hair all over the bathroom, crushed up crackers in the carpet, dirty washcloths in the sofa when we pulled out the bed part. Missing remote. Overall the worse condition vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in and we travel at least 8 times a year. We’ve also stayed in this condo complex before in beautiful units so were shocked. We would try a different place that Julie managed because we appreciated her responses as a host but would never return here.
