room was clean and nice but had a minor ladybug infestation. also saw a couple of stink bugs in the room. the wifi was completely broken and didn't work at all for my entire stay. also the hallways and elevators were really smelly. i liked the TV in the room, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast was also pretty okay. overall it was fine and suitable for the price point.

Great value. When construction around parking area is finished it will be a nice upgrade. Fast check in and out. Quiet stay and we will be back when in the Nashville area.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Property could use some better upkeep. Fridge froze our drinks. When husband turned it down it unthawed the fridge and water from the fridge leaked out. Bathroom super small. A lot of noise throughout the night. Our door didn’t look like it locked. Very wide gap between door and door jam. It served the purpose. We were only there to sleep. Neighbor surrounding did not feel safe.

Smelled horrible
Overall the hotel served our needs, but it was very unpleasant and we would not return. The smell as we walked in was just an older smell…nothing too unexpected at the price point. But when we got on the elevator and then on the fourth floor it was unbearable. Smelled like someone had a weed-fest or something. I had to hold my nose. There was a slight smell in the room too, and the hotel was willing to move us if we wanted to, but we stayed as we had kids in a nearby room too. The room was overall clean, but the ac unit and window shades were gross. There were also some lady bugs in the room. On the positive, service and breakfast were both good. And the rooms were huge.

It’s started later than expected. We arrived just after 9:30pm. Front desk staff (Beautiful young professional lady) checked us in instantly. Our room was lovely and spacious; with a great setup. The only issue with our room was the shower required liquid plumber as it drained slowly.

The reviews of this property were deceptive. We got two rooms. My room smelled of smoke when I entered. Also the pictures the hotel provides looked nothing like my room. Room was super tiny with small bathroom. Worst part was the bugs. Both rooms had bugs on the ceiling. Called desk to have someone get bugs and told no one could. No offer for other room just sorry you have bugs. This was the most inaccurate description and reviews on a hotel.

The property was nicely decorated for holiday and esthetics! I liked the complimentary coffee and tea! The breakfast was nice too and popcorn!! The rooms however needed some cleaning,i.e. the window and shade was not clean, under sink in the bathroom was very dirty, as well as the toilet roll outer case was rusty and dirty. The elevator’s landing was very aggressive.
