The beds were comfortable. The restaurant was met with friendly service. One of the desk managers appeared unfriendly and not as approachable as others. The property is a bit run down. I especially noticed the elevator buttons looked as they haven't been cleaned or just worn out.

Good location. About a 7 min walk to the football/basketball arena. And also about a 7 min walk to Canal St. There are some homeless people down the street by the bus stop as well as a few sketchy looking people, but other than that I felt completely safe.

This property is very close to the superdome. There are very good restaurants within walking distance. The property is quiet and is very clean. Very nice rooms. This was my second time staying at this location in the last month.

I loved that to get to the rooms you have to use your hotel key in the elevator. However our ceiling in our room dripped water sometimes and one time hotel staff didnt knock just tried to open our door. But overall I would definitely use this hotel again.
