I had one nightmare with this place.I lived in Singapore , first time use Expedia for hotel booking, by default two adults. I did not switch to one adult with 2 kids which is really my mistake. I arrived at the place late, it is like airbnb not normal hotel, the host opened the door reluctantly as I missed check in time, can see not feeling happy. Then when she saw two kids, she refused me to check in and insist I booked 2 adult and now it is one adult and two kids. I did explanation and asked for any option like top up for another room or let kids stay, I can stay in the car. The host lady is kind of rude and impatient, even I paid the hotel fee. I almost beg her in front of my kids, she was impatient and asked me to leave.I had to find another hotel, checked in almost early in the morning. In the end I lost the booking fee, and almost ruined my US trip.
