Disastrous service and no reply from Homeaway or Owner
Being in the older age group and some of us working in the care sector, we had to postpone our March booking. We were due to go again on 16 October 2020, unfortunately due to Covid we asked for a cancellation 6 weeks before going away. Despite numerous correspondence and phone calls Homeaway and the Owner have each said the other is responsible for giving a refund. Knowing things are difficult, I even suggested going alone with my husband on the dates as I could not get a refund. Looking online, I see the property is back up as being available for the dates we were going. You pay your money in good faith and it has been stolen.

Family holiday in this house
We really enjoyed our stay at Antonio's place. It is a lovely house in a quiet area with a nice back garden. While I was warned about one of the showers not working, it would also have been good to know that one of the toilets was not working in advance. Antonio was quick to respond to my messages. Overall I recommend staying here.

In a quiet suburban street
Aldryche Road is a quiet street of 1930s semis in an eastern suburb of Norwich. It is a pleasant walk of 15-20 minutes to reach the cathedral and the interesting city centre beyond there; no tourist information is provided in the house. There are frequent buses on routes 23 and 24 from the city centre. Get off at the library on Plumstead Road The house is clean and the kitchen is well-stocked with crockery and pans for cooking. The induction hob and the oven worked well. The furnishings and decoration are modern. The dining chairs are worn. The middle bracket of the handrail on the stairs is not fixed to the wall and is potentially a hazard. We could not alter the temperature control of the en-suite shower. The garden is weed-strewn; one tree is dead, the other is mostly dead.

Property was clean, basically equipped and comfortable
Nothing wrong with the property. Previous comments regarding the garden not valid. A little far from the centre at the top of the hill. Buses are frequent from the main road a street away

Pleasant house but you are just paying off his mortgage. Hospitality skills lacking
House pleasant but gardens a weedy mess and it was constantly depressing to see Stated it was walking distance of the cathedral, yes if you are under 40 and fit like a marine. House located in extremely boring suburbia Why can’t owners provide a compendium, offer soaps and detergents and a heated system that is not governed by cost We left a day early and unless you need to spend time in boring Norwich suburbia there will be a better property

Light, comfortable and clean.
It was a good home from home for our week in Norwich. It had everything we needed. (Would suggesting another mirror make us seem very vain?!) The owner was welcoming and attentive, responding quickly to a plumbing issue.

Quiet Location - Reasonably Priced - Attention Required
Improvement required to ease access to front of house & garden at rear. Garden needs work overgrown with weeds and long grass. Kitchen & dining area spacious, lounge room furniture tired sofa sags, Stairs narrow tread and steep but newly carpeted. Downstairs bathroom refurbished but internal door needs attention as do other downstairs doors. En suite double but bed uncomfortable second double bed fine but lacking bedside table on one side quilt 13.5 tog so used single 4.5 tog in double cover. Venetian Blinds but no curtains. Local shops and a short distance from Norwich.

Very comfortable stay in a calm street.
Our stay was very comfortable. The street was a very quite neighbourhood. The place is very nearby to the city centre and loads of shops in walking distance. The only thing to be improved is the quality of the towels. Need more fresh and stain free towels.

Convenient and value for money
We were in Norwich just for the evening to see a band. The 5 of us had plenty of space and the house had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for a sociable breakfast the next day! We were not looking for luxury just a convenient and tidy place to stay. All boxes ticked! Good value for money.

Good value with reasonable access to the city centre
Located a 25 minute walk from the city centre we found it to be reasonable value. Plus points are that it is a good price and close to Norwich. The upstairs rooms were fine as were the kitchen and bathrooms but the furniture in the lounge was in a really poor condition the rear garden is in need of a cut as it is really long. The en- suite shower runs hot/ cold in an uncontrolled manner. The house had been cleaned and new carpets had recently been fitted and the internal walls painted too. So some small points slightly spoil a good value location. We still enjoyed our visit to Norwich 😊

Excelente moradia
