This place needs a serious facelift
This place is ran down. Just spend the extra money if you want quality. It was not so good. It was freezing, the rooms don’t have heaters, the hallways and rooms smell like mold and urine. I did not sleep comfortably. I went and checked in to another hotel. For anyone looking for a cheap hotel stay don’t book here. Holiday Inn Express is a much better option and they have free breakfast in the morning.

Loud non stop barking dogs. The place is old and dirty. You cannot get a good night sleep. Avoid and pay more to stay somewhere else. Lesson learned.

Overall, one of the worse hotels we have ever stayed at. The condition of the property is really bad. Stains all over the carpet, walls, and ceilings. Looks like a lot of stuff is about to fall apart. When we arrived, there was no heat. This was very frustrating since we called earlier in the day for late arrival. They could have mentioned it then and we could have made other arrangements. Ice makers don't work on any floor. The neighborhood looks very suspicious. Not the kind of place you want to go outside after dark. Only reason we stayed was it was late and we had an early flight. Would not stay there again.

Booked this property over a month ago, only to get a call a week to my trip saying the water heater and elevator don't work. Ended up cancelling and rebooking some place else for way more than I budgeted. I appreciate the courtesy of the staff even calling to keep me informed

This was my second stay here. Had no issues the first time and the rooms are very nice for the price. This time however, there was no remote for the TV. I called down for one and they said they would bring one up. Which they never did. I also called about 3:30 am requesting more toilet paper to which I was told, housekeeping was closed and that I would have to wait until 7 am.
