Great staff.
Bathroom door needs some repairs. Hard to close and harder to open. Love the pool and hot tub. The breakfast is good. Staff are awesome.

The lady at the front desk was very nice. The maids were unhelpful. The lobby is across the street. The breakfast was unappetizing. They only want to give you clean towels and sheets once every 3 days. It was kind of noisy. It is inexpensive so you get a pretty low class of clientele. You get what you pay for. I won't go again.

I liked that there was a pool on the property however it wasn't well maintained. The stairs werent level making it awkward to use and metal stair in deep end missing the second rung

The door was very difficult to lock. bathroom felt super small not big enough for a wheelchair. After being in the room for over 6hours a cockroach climbed out from under the bedspread there was a dead roach on the wall and some crawling on the door.

Room was acceptable. Checkin was a breeze. My only issue was I paid for late check out (11am-1pm) and someone from house keeping came by every 30 mins saying they weren’t told. I received a confirmation email though. That part I regret paying for.

I love that the employees were friendly. I dont believe in complaining but maybe the bathrooms could have a little bit more observation. I own a small business and i wouldnt knkw ehat to fix if customers/clenits did not inform me(behind the door needs sweeping and a dirty towel hamging). Other than that no other issues!!
