A few thing about the curtain were not working and staff seemed unable to help. One employee offered us some kind of compensation, but another employee did not back her up when we tried to bring it up at checkout.

Broken elevator for starters. The only reason we booked there was for the hot tub and that was broken. The breakfast was awful and my room was directly across from the pool where I got to hear screaming until 11 PM. I will not be back

So the property is apparently under construction Very cramped conditions Could have discounted the room more for what was offered Pool open But overcrowded and no towels Water precipitation coming from ceiling Unruly kids running around Hot tub had unsupervised kids definitely under 14 in it at times

Our family decided to take a mini vacation while on break, and staying here worked out very well for us. The hotel was clean, staff was extremely lovely and we were able to have a very nice time. Its central location also made it easy for us to get out and do a bit while in the area, we all felt it was an all around great choice.

I reserved our room online with our bank card, with the option to pay differntly at check in. At check in, I gave the lady a credit card to pay. She checked us in and we asked for a receipt. She said she was unable to print one and would email me a copy. The toilet seat was crooked in our bathroom and off to one side a couple inches. Next morning we took showers and it was very dangerous. The tub was narrow and sloped in towards the middle way more than any tub I have seen. It made standing very hard and slippery, as the flat center was so narrow due to the sides sloping so much. We checked out, asked about the receipt that we hadnt received yet and the other lady said she would email it to me. A few days later I got a text saying I had low funds in my checking account. I looked and the $170 had been taken out of my account for our stay. They used my bank card that I reserved the room with. Now I am wondering if they double charged me using both cards. Also, I never received an emailed receipt. So I called the hotel front desk to see about the billing. I told the guy everything, he checked and said only my bank card was charged, but they did have the credit card on file. He appoligized for them charging the wrong card and asked if there was anything else he could do. I told him that I never received an emailed receipt, he checked and the lady never put my email in the system after giving it to her. He asked again if he could help with anything else. Terrible service!

Hope Renovations Restore Quality

Renovation of main lobby has main entrance and lobby currently closed. Very dim lighting in room bathroom. Otherwise clean and comfortable. Hope renovation restores this hotel’s former high quality.

Elevator was down for maintenance at our door location. Had to either try to lug suitcases up/down stairs, or walk inside to front of building to access elevator and then walk outside in snow/ice all the way back to side of building to car location. Very difficult for a handicapped senior.

Hot tub not worth extra money

This was a pretty nice place except for the hot tub. It was the weekend and i was looking for a local place with a hot tub and paid a quiet a bit more to have it. The hot tub is only 2ft 6inches deep so its very shallow and the jets are really weak. When i had orriginally arrived to the pool area there was no pool towels in the pool area either, the staff did bring them while i was by the pool but it wasnt worth paying the extra $60 over the other places without one for this hot tub.
