Tervetuloa Casa Del Rioan, joka sijaitsee suoraan Tyynenmeren kaupungin villi- ja luonnonkaunis Nestucca-jokea pitkin ja myös kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Lähellä ravintoloita, kajakin ja surffailla vuokrat. Tule yöpymään Casa Del Riossa, josta löydät takapihalla olevan retriitin, jossa on palokaukalo, propaani-BBQ ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja kaikille, jotta he voivat kokea elämän yksinkertaisuuden veden äärellä. Lounas auringossa laajalla nurmikolla tai istu kannen alla ja nauti juomia ja aterioita ulkona. Tarkkaile runsaasti villieläimiä (kotkia, kalasääskiä, peuroja ja vesilintuja) suurelta länteen päin olevalta kannelta tai vain rentoudu ja tartu kiinni kirjaan, jota olet ollut tarkoitus lukea. Sisään tultuaan laaja jokinäkymä tuntuu kuin olisit vedessä. Siellä on valoisa avoin olohuone, ruokailutila ja keittiö pohjapiirros, jonka avulla kaikki voivat kerätä ja jakaa kauniita hetkiä. Keittiö on täysin varusteltu, ja olohuoneessa on TV. Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, toisessa parisänky ja toisessa parisänky ja täysi kylpyamme. Alemmalta tasolta löydät kolmannen makuuhuoneen, josta on näkymä joelle, yhden hengen täysikokoisen sängyn lisäksi yksi erillisen yhden hengen vuode, TV, täysi kylpyamme ja täysikokoinen pesutupa. Great beach house
We loved this little cabin-style house. Smart layout, a very well equipped kitchen, and just comfortable all around. A easy walk down the beach to The Pelican is a bonus.

Family getaway
Excellent house for a fishing and beach weekend with family. Awesome views out the windows, short walk to beach and restaurants. We enjoyed wildlife viewing out the windows, movies on the Roku, a bonfire on the last night. Only beware is main living, kitchen, beds and bathroom are upstairs. And it's too bad there's not a dock.

Perfect for our stay
This house was perfect to spend the weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday with her friends. There was enough room to spread out, and the house seems like it’s had some recent updates here and there (particularly appreciated the brand new nonstick pans and knives). Wish the weather would’ve cooperated so we could use the outdoor areas more. It’s an older home but clean and comfortable.

We would definitely stay here again! The amenities were really great, unfortunately the weather didn't allow for enjoying all of the outside space! Very clean, and the location on the river was very enjoyable! Easy walking to coffee and food, and of course the beach!!!

Family Beach Fun at Pacific City
Loved the location; house was good for our 3 families. Lots of bird activity from window views - which was so nice. Super quiet. Outside yard was perfect for kids to play. Not a place to launch your kayak or paddleboard. We are big cooks - knives were not good, pans were terrible - kitchen cooking items - poor. House stocked very well - towels, paper products, soaps, etc. Biggest complaint was the refrig….door did not shut tight…lots of condensation. House was good and we would rebook in future with a conversation with mgr about mentioned items above before we would commit.

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed BBQing and being by the water. We planned a fire, but the wind came up. Oh well, we still had a great time. The stairs that go up to the main living area are a little steep.

Perfect location
Took my family of 5 and our furbabies and everyone enjoyed it. Everything was neat and functional. The kids loved doing the puzzles and bird watching and lounging on the hammock on the upper deck. We enjoyed the riverfront views so much and the short walk to the beach, the country stores and mini city (as what my kids called). I wished we had a chance to use the firepit, but it was windy all evenings of our stay. We also explored other places which was a short drive away like Cape Kiwanda village, McPhillips beach which has allows suv/trucks to access the sandy beach and our dogs loves it there! We also went to Devil’s Lake, Newport marina, Yaquina lighthouse, McMinnville Wings & Waves Waterpark, Tillamook Creamery and played on the sand dunes with rental ATVs. Will definitely come back and recommend to our friends and families.

Awesome location and nice house overall. The TV in living room didn’t work Properly. Prior renters and I’m assuming didn’t report it. The refrigerator in the kitchen did not seal properly. We need to use duct tape to keep it closed.. Burner on the stove would not work properly or turn on and turn off at random. No key to the back door was very. Taxes and fees were at least a quarter of the total rental price. Love your service, but your taxes and fees are out of control. Thanks.

Fantastic place to stay
Great location, beautiful view, deck was over the top, and it was a big house. Really enjoyed our stay here, had a great time and the kitchen was fully stocked. Was able to make a huge breakfast and dinner multi nights with no problems. The windows in the main room were great. Brought in a natural heat when the sun set on them but open a window and you have an amazing breeze through the house. Down stairs stayed cool which was nice. Really enjoyed this place!

Beautiful View
Very nice property with a wonderful location. We wanted access to the river and close proximity to the beach which is why we chose this home. The river view is lovely. There is a nice firepit and outdoor seating for many. The home is slightly outdated but it was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and provided everything that we needed. Communicating with the owner was easy and she kindly responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice family stay at Pacific City
I recommend this property. It was prefect for the six of us. (Three couples). The view of the river and fishing boats was nice. It was a short walk to beach (around 10 min). Our stay was very relaxing. The beds where comfortable. Overall, the house was clean. I would stay here again. Great view of river, firepit in back yard, bbq. Some minor issues, one burner on stove didn't work, small TV's.

Incredible view, easy walk to the beach, and super quiet for just a block off the main street.
It’s all about the view here with an incredible close-up of the river and bird life. The house is quiet, comfortable and well laid out but the kitchen was not quite as well equipped as we had hoped. No sauce pan but 10 frying pans?! Also if you are sensitive to fragrances, you might want to stay elsewhere. The dryer sheet smell on the bedding was overpowering.

Nice river views
Great outdoor hangout supplies-chairs, solar lights, outdoor dishes, fire pit. Large 2nd floor deck. There is NO dock to launch into river. We waded through the marsh to launch SUP and kayaks from the rental. The smelly river grass and muck was disliked by my kids but shortly forgotten by seeing lots of wildlife on the river. Explored up and down river. There is Nestuca Adventure up the river a short distance that charges small fee to use there dock. Beach access, across the bridge over the river, up a sand dune. Easy walk for kids and I. Grandma uses walker and sand dune and walk too much for her. Kids slept okay on bunks. King bed and full bed in bunk room firm, too firm for me. Queen upstairs softer. Good house for family adventures. Thank you for sharing your home. Would return.
