Tervetuloa Brookings Ocean Pearliin!

Tämä moderni ja päivitetty koti on merinäköala melkein jokaisesta kodin paikasta! Tärkeimmästä olohuoneesta, makuuhuoneesta yläkerran parvella. Pysy ja nauti tulesta sisäänrakennetulla puuhella tai ota lyhyen ajomatkan päässä rannalta. Tuo perheesi ja ystäväsi! Tai vain toinen merkittävä hauskanpitoosi. Hyvin varustetun keittiön ansiosta ympäristöstä on helppo tehdä paljon illallisia kotoa.

Tämä koti koostuu 2 tasosta! Nukkuu yhteensä 8 ihmistä!

Tämän kodin päätaso on erittäin tilava holvikattoineen ja täynnä luonnollista valaistusta! Kaksi makuuhuonetta, 1. 5 kylpyhuonetta, avoin ruokasali / olohuone ja keittiö, kaikki sijaitsevat päätasolla. Kaunis keittiö on Corian-työtasot, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, liesituuletin, 4 poltinta ja grillivaihtoehto, uuni ja tilava jääkaappi.
Makuuhuoneessa on pääsy kannen osittaiseen kietomiseen liukusäätimellä, upealla merinäköalalla ja luonnollisella valaistuksella. Kanssa vaatehuone ja liitetty kylpyhuone. Mestarin kiinnitetyssä kylpyhuoneessa on kaksi pesuallasta, joissa on turhamaisuus ja suihkukaappi.
Toinen makuuhuone, joka sijaitsee portaikon sisääntulossa ja pohjassa, on kiinnitetty myös keittiöön. Tämä makuuhuone nukkuu kaksi kuningatarpatjassa. Puoli kylpyhuone sijaitsee myös alakerrassa lähellä autotalli sisäänkäyntiä.

Kodin toisella tasolla on avoin parvi tyylihuone, jossa lisäksi TV-huone ja futon (nukkuu kaksi ylimääräistä vierasta), toinen makuuhuone ja kylpyhuone. Avoin parvi on upea paikka vain rentoutua toisessa kahdesta nojatuolista, jotka laskee valaita merinäköalalla, tai ottaa kirjan ja lukea uskomattoman luonnollisen valaistuksen avulla. Yläkerran parvella on liukusäädin päästäksesi ylemmälle parvekkeelle. Yläkerran makuuhuoneessa, se nukkuu kaksi queen-size-vuode. Yläkerrassa on toinen kylpyhuone, jossa suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

Autotalli pysäköinti ja työkalut; tämä autotalli voi pysäköidä kaksi autoa. Sillä on pääsy kotiin sisältä. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat autotallissa ja kätevä koiran pesupaikka!

Tämä koti sijaitsee Eggers Roadin ulkopuolella; 7. 4 mailin ajomatka Fred Meyeriin. Alle kilometrin päässä Lone Ranch Beachistä ja Whales Head Beach Accessista; 29 mailia National Redwoodsiin; 6. 2 km Harris Beachin osavaltion puistoon; 15. 8 Loeb State Park ja vain 22. 2 mailin päässä Gold Beach, OR. Puhumattakaan kaikista rannikon reiteistä, jotka ympäröivät tätä kotia!

Come In She Said I'll Give You Shelter From The Storm
The home has an incredible view and plenty of cozy rooms to take shelter during the winter storms (and the bomb cyclone) we experienced during our stay. It has everything to feel at home away from home. The magnificent home is close to town, close to dozens of dramatic ocean viewpoints, and is perfectly perched to view Whales Head beach from inside or outside. We will be back.

Relaxing, with room to roam
Clean pet friendly accommodating home that truly does have an ocean view in the front, and forest in the rear. It was nice to have our dog secure, and to wash with warm water in the dog shower spoiled even the dog. Use of laundry was nice after getting caught in the rain. My husband was disappointed that the fireplace was more of a potbelly (he likes the crackle of burning wood). Beds were comfy, the water incredibly soft, the ktchn a joy for 4 foody adults to cook in (tho pots and pans could use upgrading), fantastic BBQ did the job even in the rain, the garage with 20ft wide door was a convenient surprise. Overall, a very comfortable home. Hope to be back!

What a stunning view amazing atmosphere and clean house. Can’t say enough about the decor and space if I had any qualms it was my misunderstanding of layout of outside space still beautiful perfect for kids. I just thought it was larger than it was but again my misunderstanding the house itself Perfectly what we needed yard fully protected when fully recommend!

We loved this house! It was so perfect for our family and fur baby. The house was very clean, and I am very particular about that. The kitchen had everything we needed! We had room to spread out and relax, and yet the common area with the TV was so comfortable and the deck is amazing! The beds were super comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet (the neighbors have a puppy, but we loved it, so that's ok!). The yard is so beautiful and safe for our dog. We even picked a few berries from the trees! We have already booked another stay!

We had an absolute phenomenal time staying at this property. Location was great. The hydrangeas were gorgeous. Incredibly spacious and worked very well for multiple adults. Highly recommend as it is spacious, conveniently located and just overall a lovely experience.

Perfect Getaway!
We absolutely Loved our stay and our Golden Retriever says she loved it too! Especially the doggie shower! The property was as advertised and fully fenced, which always makes for a more relaxing stay when we are traveling, since we chose this type of rental specifically for the pet perks. We didn't have any communucation with the property mgmt co, but we didn't require anything. Everything was self explanitory and evident. The lockbox was where it was supposed to be, there was even plenty of room to park in the garage and unpack/repack from there. The only thing we would have liked better would have been for the swing on the porch to have been useable, there was just a metal frame with no indication on where, if anywhere, we could locate the seats? There was plenty of space, the beds were very comfy and the Views!! Oh the Views! Loved those and the sound of the surf. There was very little if any road noise, even being so close to the 101. Perfect getaway for our weekend!

Lovely home with a view
This home is on a hillside above the highway with a view of the ocean and the sea stacks at Whaleshead beach. It has an open floor plan in a nice large kitchen. It has large screen TVs upstairs and downstairs and a fast Internet connection. The beds were comfortable and the entire house was very clean. The house has a double garage that is empty and available for covered parking. The garage also has a set up for rinsing off your pets (or tripods in our case). My only quibble is this: maximum occupancy is achieved only by doubling up on all of the sleeping spaces. If your group has single adults that don’t want to share beds, the house can accommodate only five people comfortably. Note that accessing one of the beds requires passing through the upstairs bedroom to an attic space. Another person will have to sleep on the fold out sofa bed In the open space upstairs.

Beautiful and Overall good stay.
The house and overall surroundings are beautiful and safe. We had minimal issues. A couple of things, such as the can opener and closet hinge, were broken. The cleaning service could have done better... We found used tissues upstairs, a random unpackaged pill in the kitchen and some kind of ash or something like it in the master bathroom. We understand that this isn't the property owners' fault. The grounds are amazing and look as pictured. However, I did send an email and never received a response. These are reasons for my solid 4 Rating.

Beautiful place to stay
We loved staying for a few nights at this gem of a house. We rode out the storms with plenty of room to play inside until we could get outside to play again. Fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances! The fact that you could bring dogs along is amazing! I suggest bringing a dog bed since pets are allowed on any furniture and I'm glad I brought a kennel for our dog at night so she didn't have to sleep on the floor. We will be back!
