Tämä ylellinen moderni täysin remontoitu 95 neliön huoneisto, jossa 2 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta + terassi + WiFi on keskellä hiljaista trooppista lomakeskusta, jossa on 24 tunnin vartiointi. Nauti cocktailista yhdessä kahdesta virkistävästä uima-altaasta. Muita vapaa-ajanvaihtoehtoja olisivat tennis / golfkenttä, tyylikäs kerhotalo, jossa on oma ravintola ja baari, lenkkeilypolut, kuntokeskus, iso järvi, grillit, lasten leikkipaikka, koripallo, 24 tunnin vartiointi ja paljon muuta. Vain 529,00 dollaria viikossa. Ei siivousmaksua. Jokainen varaus sisältää ilmaisen 'NAVI' / GPS: n, valikoiman virvoitusjuomia ja Super Spar -kupongin alennuspaketin sekä Orlandon ja Floridan kartat. Olen myös laatinut vierailleni kansion suosituksineen lähellä olevista ravintoloista sekä supermarketista, apteekista, Aldi, Walmartista, sairaaloista ja lääkäreistä. Kaikesta huolehditaan. Koska asun vain 5 minuutin päässä Venturasta ja olen asunut Orlandossa 15 vuotta, voin antaa sinulle hyviä vinkkejä Orlandosta ja huvipuistoista. Tämä lomahuoneisto remontoitiin kokonaan vain muutama kuukausi sitten. Kalustettu hienoilla huonekaluilla ja erittäin modernilla asuintyylellä. Kylpyhuoneet ovat aivan uusia ja erittäin ylellisiä, graniittia ja erittäin tyylikkäät laatat. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on LCD-taulutelevisio, DVD, ilmainen WiFi, ilmaiset puhelut Yhdysvalloissa, puhelinvastaaja ja paljon muuta. Tarjoan myös laajan valikoiman saksalaisia matkaoppaita ilmaiseksi Orlandoon ja Floridaan.

Kun vuokraat asuntoa, voit pysyä asunnossa loman ajan
Käytä talletettua NAVI: ta ilmaiseksi. Vuokra-autoyritykset veloittavat noin 10,00 dollaria päivässä. GPS voidaan asettaa saksaksi tai monilla muilla kielillä. Kaikki Orlando-huvipuistot / nähtävyydet / ravintolat / huoltoasemat jne. On esiohjelmoitu ja ne voidaan valita helposti. NAVI- on erittäin hyödyllinen Yhdysvalloissa, koska kaikki eivät ole kovin hyvin merkittyjä ja sinä näytät
helposti liikuteltavissa. Voit myös ajaa maksullisten teiden ympäri, jos haluat. Säästää paljon rahaa ja aikaa !!!!

Husband Stayin at ORMC
The place was absolutely amazing. I felt very secured staying there as it is under 24 hours security no one is allowed in unless you are a resident or a guest. My husband was staying at ORMC and my brother in law and I wanted to be close by he lives in Ft. Myers, Fl. and I live in Tavares, Fl. The place was between 15 to 20 mins from the hospital. Upon arrival I was able to get in with the code I was provided for entry. I thought I may have to extended my trip another week since my husband was having a very bad week and the management did not have availability, but went out of his way to reach others that have places in Ventura trying to help me locate another unit. My overall experience was that I wish they had property every where I would ever need to rent from. They are more than a property management they made me feel like friends. Even after we left they made sure to text me during the hurricane, checking on us and seeing how my husband was doing. No one does that, but this person did. If I could give 10 stars I would, but I gave them 5 stars the allowed maximum and if you are ever in need of a place to rent from I highly recommend this one.

GREAT PLACE IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB
For 2024 we decided to have again some vacations days in Ventura Golf Country Club. So after booking a reservation we travelled to Orlando and were pleased again to find the place super clean. It has been the same since our first stay here 7 or 8 years ago, and we noticed again some improvements, specially new windows. This condo in Ventura Golf Country Club is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding. The parking in front of the door is really convenient , and you can go walking to the club house for a tee-time. On top of that the condo is perfectly located at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center, 30mn from Winter Garden via the 408 expressway, 55 mn from Cocoa beach and Port Canaveral. Publix, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance. More, the friendly owner is easy to join and is reacting quickly, so your stay can’t be more enjoyable.

Fantastic 2 weeks
Great location not far from airport. Felt very safe here, security controlled complex. Condo was cleaned to a high standard on arrival, and has everything you would need for a stay here. We didnt spend too much time in the condo or use any of the facilties such as the pool as we were out all day every day. The condo is on the ground floor with an allocated parking spot. There was no noise what so ever from neighbours above or to the side. Everything we used - the dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc were all in good working order. Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower & bath were both clean and lots of clean towels were available. Great accomadtion for a small family and the owner Jan was very welcoming and friendly. Wouldnt hesitate to return here if we came to Florida again.

Very Enjoyable Visit
We have just returned from a very enjoyable 6 week visit to this lovely apartment. The apartment was just as described in the advertisement. It was very clean on arrival and is very well equipped and comfortable. It really has all the amenities you could need for a great stay , from the well equipped kitchen , laundry facilities and comfortable beds and seating. The location of the apartment is excellent with access to a very nearby pool exclusively for residents of this local neighbourhood of Willowpointe (most days we were the only ones using this pool) as well as a larger pool and restaurant at the "19th hole" of the golf clubhouse. The golf course of the Ventura estate is a well cared for local course at reasonable rates ( you will get residents discount as a guest here) and friendly and helpful staff. Our host Jan was extremely helpful and communication was excellent from our initial enquiry through to the end of our stay. I would certainly recommend this apartment and wouldnt hesitate to come back again myself in the future.

Mooi appartement. Heel erg compleet. De eigenaar is heel toegankelijk en reageert bijna onmiddellijk. Mooie community, wel wat stil in onze periode. Het zwembad voor Willowpointe vonden wij geweldig. Het appartement ligt behoorlijk centraal en alles is in de buurt (berijdbaar). Heel erg dicht bij het vliegveld. Een aanrader!

Great condo and country club for a family vacation in Florida. The condo is spacious, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The golf Course was in great condition and we enjoyed other facilities such as the main club house pool and the smaller pool close to the condo. We also enjoyed food and drink at the 19th hole.

Notre séjour, c’est bien déroulé. Le condo est équipé plus que le client en demande. Il est impeccable concernant la propreté. Nous sommes séjournez 3 semaines, golf, piscine, pickleball, et resto du club house. Tout pour oublier l’hiver au Canada. Merci pour tout. Je le recommande sans hésitation.

OUR HOME IN ORLANDO - VENTURA GOLF COUNTRY CLUB
Back home for some vacations days in Orlando, we were pleased to find the place super clean and upgraded since last year. It has been the same since our first stay here 6 or 7 years ago. This gated community the condo is a part of it, is really a safe place with guards patrolling 24 h a day and Police Officers watching for safety and speeding .... Parking our car in front of our door is a plus, easy contact and fast reacting owner makes our stay enjoyable . The condo is perfectly situated at 20 mn driving car from the Mall at Millenia or Winter Park historic center. Public, CVS and Walmart are at a few minutes distance.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit mooie huis. Zoals op de foto's is het huis ook echt. Het huis is super schoon, het park waar het huis staat is prachtig. Jan is een geweldige gastheer, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit huis krijgt van ons 6 sterren, maar dat kan niet, daarom 5! Hennie en Nancy uit Nederland.

Sehr sauberes Appartement. Owner sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Liegt etwa 15Minuten vom Airport entfernt. Traumhafte Umgebung mit Schwimmbad. Vergnügungsparks liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in kürze erreichbar. Ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich. Wir werden wiederkommen Danke Jan

TOP FeWo in sehr angenehmer Lage
Erneut war die FeWo von Jan, trotz Hurrikan „Ian“, unsere erste Anlaufstelle für unseren Florida-Urlaub. Jan hatte für den „Notfall“ bereits mit allem nötigen vorgesorgt, so dass für alle Eventualitäten gesorgt war und wir uns dort sehr sicher und geborgen fühlten. Mehr geht nicht. Sie wird auch weiterhin unsere erste Anlaufstelle bei einem Florida-Urlaub sein, nicht zuletzt auch durch die Nähe zu Disney und die guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Guten Gewissens kann ich hier 5 Sterne vergeben.

Super erholsamer Urlaub in einer tollen Ferienwohnung
Wieder einmal haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Florida verbracht und wie die letzten beiden Male war die tolle Wohnung von Jan unser "Stützpunkt". Die Wohnung hat alles parat was man benötigt und liegt im sehr gepflegten Ventura Country Club und liegt ideal für Ausflüge an die Ostküste (Kennedy Space Center, Canaveral National Seashort Park), in die Vergnügungsparks aber auch für weitere Trips nach Clearwater und den Golf von Mexiko. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder :-)

This was the best vacation rental we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed the pools and daily walks in the gated community. This condo location gave us easy access to everything! We also enjoyed the individualized parking spot for the condo. We highly recommend Jan and his condo. He was a very gracious host!
