This is a wonderful hotel for what we were looking for. Clean room, helpful staff and a standard breakfast close to the airport. Walkable to food options and some shopping.

Upon arrival the front desk person was not at all pleasant, went up to the room where it was extremely hot. Went back down to see what can be done and all we were told was that they will send maintenance which they did with no resolution. Had to go back down to request a room change which we got then the bathroom door was locked again called the maintenance guy to unlock it. The breakfast was not what we expected. We will not be choosing this hotel again.

First class for a reasonable price.
The place is very nice. The full suite room. Clean, quiet, all the nice extras. The front office guy helped with transportation needs to our ship with a third party company that worked out very well. Went the extra mile for us.

It seems that they had some issues with water filtration as the hallways smelled humid and moldy. We were also greeted by small insects in the bathroom and by the second day we had a clogged toilet for no reason. Very disappointing experience.
