Great staff, older hotel but generally well kept. Pool closed for repairs when we were there. Best fresh made cinnamon rolls for breakfast started the day out right. As with most hotels, short staff meant the owner was there to make the rolls and check out guests. Pride in providing great service was evident.

Excellent location if you are going to Voyagers. Orr is a cute (very) little town. Or room offered an amazing lake view. The hotel could use some update.

Great check in. Friendly employee. Our room the beds were very old and uncomfortable, the coffee pot in the room was dirty we needed to clean it prior to using. The shower did not drain, which left me needing to take a shower with water from my husband’s shower around my feet. That is disgusting. They did have great cinnamon rolls in the morning.

The view was amazing however the bed sheets were stinky and yellow, it seems like they never clean the comforters, they had stains and BO from other guests. Towels old and yellow as well with stains. Pool was closed, would not call it a resort but a motel. You get what u get I guess for the area..

Did not have hot water 2 of the 3 days. When I went to front desk I was told it happened often because hot water heaters were not adequate for number of rooms. Pool was not open because of renovations. View was beautiful though.

Wonderful property. Restaurant was delicious. Very nice pool, hot tub and sauna. Having a fire outside and providing everything needed for s'mores was a wonderful addition.
