I really wanted to rate this hotel higher as most of our stay was pleasant. The pool was nice and relaxing, though only one of them was heated. The rooms were spacious, and the shower pressure and cleanliness were great. However, I have a feather allergy and had specifically informed the hotel in advance. They assured me they double-checked, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. While my bed was fine, my friend's had feathers, which caused me severe discomfort, coughing, and sneezing for three nights. When I raised the issue with the front desk, the manager promised us two free nights in the future, but after following up with two emails, I’ve yet to receive a response over a month later. I hope you don’t face similar issues during your stay, but this incredibly disappointing customer service really tarnished my overall experience, despite an otherwise enjoyable stay.
