The ac unit in this place is horrible! It was so hot in the house! The place did come out and fix it but day later broke again! The front door lock sticks so hopefully you can get back out with messing with it!

Very nice ground floor unit close to reserved parking space. The common areas around the property are well maintained. We found everything we needed in the condo for cooking. The towels were surprisingly soft and large for a rental property. The management company did a great job with communication and instructions.

We loved this location the best of all stays in Panama City. Condo was perfect exactly as described. My first time staying on the first floor. I was worried we wouldn’t have a great view. As soon as we walked in it was a stunning view. I loved the ease of the first floor, no elevators was a treat. Condo was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the parking spot underneath. The only minor complaint I had was there was no soap to wash your hands in the kitchen. They were pods for dishwasher. It would’ve been nice to have a little bottle of dish soap or hand soap. Just a minor detail that goes a long way. Would highly recommend!

After a rocky start, and some bumps along the way, we made the best of our vacation here. First and foremost, the “self check-in process” was less than informative. We were aware check-in was at 4, when we arrived, we could not find anyone or anywhere on the premises to direct us as to where we could keep our luggage while waiting for room to be ready. We did not rent a car, as the on-line listing stated, “no car necessary,” which led to issues with where to keep Luggage while awaiting room. Eventually we found someone to talk to and a place to keep Luggage, but was not a secure place and no responsibility for stolen or missing items! NO ONE told us about the luggage carts we later saw others using. On-line listing was pretty accurate except: stainless steel appliances, did not work great, including the Keurig coffee maker and blender. Expect to bring or purchase any spices, condiments, paper goods (inc. toilet paper, napkins, paper towels), laundry and dish washing detergent, dish soap, etc. Only one dish towel and one pot holder are provided. Do NOT leave anything unattended at pool area, it will be confiscated and we were told there is NO lost and found? There is no food on the beach side condo towers, but across the street there is a food court. Do NOT think you can use any amenities on that side because you CANNOT! Lastly, there is no directory anywhere, or “welcome” packet and gym is a 12x12 windowless room with few machines and weights!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was super convenient staying on the first floor. We loved not having to use the elevator while going back and forth to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and parking in the VIP spot right below the condo was great! Also, the view from the room was amazing being right on the beach.

Great condo rental!!! Great location!!! The convenience of a first floor rental property makes the stay nice! There is no wait time for an elevator, you can conveniently walk back to your room from the pool and/or beach! I definitely recommend this rental property!!!

Communication with management was great and timely. First floor was a plus with no elevator waits but absolutely no privacy with balcony being right at the pool. Lanyards are required to enter the pool. Would have preferred the traditional wrist bands. Housekeeping was leaving at 4pm when we went to check if the room was ready. She told us she was finished and to come on in. All floats/pool/beach things were left all over the balcony from previous guests and balcony was not cleaned. Kitchen was less clean than I would have preferred. There was blood on the bathroom cabinet. Unit was supposedly remodeled but everything looked old and banged up from cabinets to furniture. Bunk room beds were very unsteady and concerning. Master bedroom bathroom doesn’t lock. Unit says it sleeps 8 but I wouldn’t recommend over 6-7. Utensils are lacking for 8. I had to purchase plastic forks/spoons. Convienience to everything as far as restaurants, stores, etc is great. Probably wouldn’t rent this unit again for what it costs vs what you get.

Excellent condo clean and beautifully decorated.
This was a great condo. The location was perfect because we had some that could not use elevators so the ground floor was perfect. It is in walking distance to Pier Park and Shuckums which was very helpful. The owner was super nice and easy to work with even quick to help us accommodate some additional parking needs we had for our show cars. We highly recommend and we will definitely be renting again.

This is an awesome condo. Loved being able to walk to Pier Park for shopping, eating and the New Years Eve festivities. The views are spectacular. Couldn't of asked for a better place. We will be back!! (Couple complaints, garbage shoot was over flowing bags sitting all around. When we were sweeping floor, found a pair of shorts and baby wipes under bed, that should of been found by housekeeping.) All in all a great place and location

Send 2 emails with problems we had nothing major 1 lanyard broken and the remote in 2nd bedroom had the center piece missing but could still use it. Problem is that your not in control of your waterheater or air conditioning,
I don't like the devices that control your waterheater or air conditioning, I believe that you should control those important things yourself !!! WAS NOT A FAN, Everytime you open any door the unit goes to 75 ,My Husband does early morning walks and when he would leave the unit it would go from our setting of 70 to 75 until I got up to adjust it then he would come back in ,then the whole process would start again, Waterheater turns off after 12 hours of no movement, again I am not waiting for water to warm up....Can I Repeat "Never Again " Not A Fan

Fourth time staying at this complex - first time at this specific condo. Great location - just a short walk to Pier Park. Loved first floor location and assigned parking spot under building. A little street noise to contend with and getting in and out of the parking spot was a challenge -but both very manageable. Condo is as pictured. Scoring lower because although the condo appeared clean - we noted our feet were black after walking around barefoot about an hour after arriving. We purchased a swifter to mop floor and was fine after that. Vacuum provided was dirty and we had to clean the filter before it could actually vacuum the sand that is inevitable after coming in and out from the beach. Later in stay management/maintenance was unresponsive after a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night. Foam was coming out of the toilets and was out in the hall in one bathroom. Was disappointed that a member of the management team did not call to apologize after it took over 6 hours for someone to respond back by text (after multiple calls and texts) and then 3 hours after that before someone responded in person. The plumbing issue was not the fault of the maintenance company, but the lack of communication and customer service was disappointing. I would have never mentioned it on the review had they called to apologize for the time it took them to respond and the stress that caused our family while on vacation.

108W was not only a great condo, but had the best view of both the pool, ocean, and pier. We loved the ease of the ground floor and underground parking, especially with teenagers running back and forth. All around great place, location, & experience. This is our 2nd time at the Calypso Towers.
