We found the reception desk very helpful and always pleasant. We enjoyed a meal at the restaurant and lots of food and very tasty.What a convenient parking garage. We can walk to many stores. The unit is very clean and beds are so comfy. There were a couple of broken appliances but they right away replaced one and explain vacuums are Not necessary. Very pleased with this place.

To start off. The pictures are nice. The condo was very rough. The condo was very very dirty. I think they need to hire a different cleaning service. The toaster was caked with dirt as well as rusted the kitchen needed to be better stocked you could not of cooked a meal if you wanted to the mattresses on the beds, had the spring sticking through them and they were harder than rocks. We went and bought a toaster it was so gross. The refrigerator bottom shelf was broken and the bottom of the refrigerator. Great was filthy as well as the great for the air conditioner intake looked like it had never been cleaned. The sofa was nasty. We had to put a sheet over it to just sit on it. And the cushions were flat as pancakes. Of the 5 chairs on the balcony 3 of them were broken The floors were gross. Oh we all very dissatisfied out of all the condos that we’ve ever stayed at over all the years in Florida. It was the most expensive and absolutely by far the worst. We will not return to that particular condo ever.

Fun but stressful
Communication with Emerald Coast Destination was good. The room itself was great. Clean upon arrival. Kitchen items are limited but we got by. The resort itself I would not recommend due to the elevator system being horrible. The pools were not something we wanted to swim in. The beach chairs and umbrella and staff were amazing. Kids loved the Starbucks.

The condo was perfect! The only thing that we didn’t like was the elevators. Waiting for an elevator for 45+ mins was crazy. Going up 8-10 flights of stairs with groceries and a toddler was hard. We also couldn’t get a luggage cart when we got there.

It is in a great location.
Everyone that stayed on our trip had a great time. We had kids from the age of 10 to 15 years old and there was something for them all to do. Also a big plus there was enough room for all 5 of us and the 3 full bathrooms was great and time saver. It was really nice to have beach chairs that was with the room it helped save $400 for the week on not having to rent them. We would stay here again.

This is the worse condo we have ever stayed at. I would not recommend it to anyone. It takes forever to get in an elevator. The condo room itself was so outdated and not furnished with enough silverware. There were no potholders nor pitchers. We had a family of 6 and only had 5 forks and spoons. They have people checking in/out EVERY day at all hours. The beach service was rude. I will never come back to this place again!!!

Elevators a nightmare!!!! Very good parking garage!
Unit needed a good cleaning..property was nice, great pools, nice umbrellas and chairs, nice employees. zThe elevators were horrible.. long waits, Suggestions on check out load car the night before after midnight, just get up and leave, there is a two to three hour nightmare in the morning. Every room had a TV just could not find a way to get volume on any??? Absolutely no maintenance service. Overall would I stay again NO!!

The unit could have been cleaner. Had to buy a mop, none provided, for floors. Shower curtain in master, dirty and moldy inner liner. Bathroom vents clogged-need to be cleaned. Good location, but you can hear the elevators. Internet connection spotty at best.

Beautiful view of the gulf!
Fresh paint, nice bathrooms, nice kitchen with clean fridge and stove. Tile floors could have used a good cleaning. Bedding could be updated. Lots of clean white towels in all 3 baths. Plenty of kitchen utensils, silverware, glassware and pots and pans.

Needs a deep clean
I love tidewater resort, and have stayed in different rooms throughout the resort. However, this condo needed a very deep cleaning. Checked in and sand was still all over the floor. Walk around with bare feet and your feet will be black in no time. There is a water leak that has been there for some time because some of the grout has eroded causing the tile to pop when walking down the hall. Had to call maintenance to come look at the leak as it was pouring from the light fixtures. 2 out of the 3 tv’s didn’t work with the cable providers. The condo is right outside of the elevators and it can be very noisy.

Condo was nice but was not cleaned very well, we pay a cleaning fee so I would of expected a clean condo. There was so much dust on top of doors, lamps, etc and food under the kitchen table. I see a lot of complaints about the elevators but they were not bad I have stayed at worse.

This was the worst experience my family has ever had, especially for the money we paid. Elevators took FOREVER! We spent more time waiting on elevator than anyone should have to on vacation. We had several people in different condos and we all had beach service…to get chairs together it required us standing in line for an hour. We said forget it and hauled our own down and across the beach a good ways to even find a spot to sit. We will not go back. If you enjoy wasting your precious earned vacation time standing in lines and walking across parking garages this is the property and waiting on elevators this is what is included in this package.

Location great!! Condo staff and beach staff friendly. Pools great. Was not aware of extra charge for wrist bands. Was nice this charge was based on bedrooms rather than number of people. Condo comfortable but could use an overall refresh. Would stay again.

We checked out a DAY early
While the condo was in desperate need of a deep clean it wasn't terrible on it's face value. There was plenty of space for our party and the condo looked as it was advertised. It wasn't until we started having overpowering aroma of weed seep into our room that it became a REAL issue. Our condo was literally clouded with the aroma of weed and after alerting the front desk/security numerous times, neither one did anything at all. The entire trip we fought off the smells until Friday it became so terrible that we had no choice but to leave. This is NOT a family friendly resort. The weed on the entire property is an issue. Numerous times, there were people smoking a joint or blunt while lounging in the beach chairs. We will NOT be back to this property, as it was the most ghetto resort we have every paid so much to stay at. I'm not the type to clutch pearls, but I DO expect to enjoy a lounge on the beach without the terrible smell. We were legit second hand high by the time we packed up and left our hazy condo. No one cared, no one helped so we left. Never again.
