The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum(including children and infant of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4  allow by law could result in fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the first floor  to your left as you walk in.
