Beautiful Place
Elegant. Wonderful place. Rooms are spotless and l love the wood flooring, a refreshing change from the carpet found in most hotels. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. I have only one suggestion: adding a small mini fridge to the rooms. Otherwise, a superb experience.

We set up a taxi through the hotel front desk for the train station, they set up the wrong station. There are 2 in paris that start with Gare & instead of listening up what we said, they write down the wrong one, this causing us to miss our train& costing us $760 to get to our destination. Plus the absolute stress of being in a foreign country trying to fix the mess. Soooo unacceptable.

Great location and value in central Paris
A quick stay in Paris for a few nights, wanted to be close to the Eiffel Tower and central but not have to pay a huge amount. This hotel was excellent value for money for central Paris. Loads of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, cafe's, banks, etc.. a few minutes walk to two different metro stations, 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. Decent breakfast included. Friendly and helpful staff. No unexpected charges. Recently renovated inside.

Grand Hotel Leveque offers the location you want!
Grand Hotel Leveque offers the location you want and more! I can't wait to go back to Paris and would definitely stay at this hotel again. The suite was roomy - wish the bed was king instead of queen - but enjoyed that the TV was visible from the couch and the bed. But even better, is the street: Rue Cler is a market street with so many options - 2 produce markets, fromagerie, boulangerie, restaurants, close to Metro and bus, and fun to watch families racing to school in the morning. I think we'll take Sahel's advice and book the triple room on the 5th floor next trip as it has a terrace. Sahel was wonderful upon our check-in and allowed us early check in.

Loved the location on a market street = produce, boulangerie, take-away, restaurants, mini-marts and a glimpse of Parisian life as children were escorted to and from school. Suite on 1st floor was wonderful - roomy with couch, queen sized bed and table for 2.
