Makuuhuone: King Bed Olohuone: vuodesohva

Vain muutaman askeleen päässä sokeri-valko-hiekkarannat ja kristallinkirkas merivesi on tämä kaunis ranta-huoneisto. Uida kierrosta ja lounge-tilassa koskematon yhteisöallas, tai pakkaa rantapussi, kävele rantatietä pitkin ja upota varpaat hiekkaan.

Jälkeen toinen täydellinen päivä rannalla, suuntaa takaisin Condo potkia takaisin ja rentoutua. We loved this condo. It was clean , spacious and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed being on the ground floor even though there wasn’t an ocean view. It was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful property! The location is perfect, easy to use the free busses. The condo had everything and was clean and very comfortable. The beach is RIGHT THERE outside, we truly could not have had a better experience.

while the condo itself was very nice and extremely clean, the photo that you’re still using to advertise this location is misleading. It indicates to me that the condo is beachfront and it is not. It’s close to the beach but does not have a view from the condo itself. The owner contacted me right before and explained that I would be disappointed if that was my expectation and since it was and I spent the nightly fee for what I thought was beachfront, I requested some money back which the owner complied with without complaint. That’s why I don’t understand why you’re still using the same photo. The owner was kind & available and even mailed me back the bathing suit I left behind. Great place but deceiving about the beachfront view!

Real clean and modern property short walk from the beach
Perfect sized property for a couple or small family (with one or two small children on sofa bed) This is truly a turn-key property to walk in and start enjoying the sugar white beach just steps away. Note: as a ground floor apartment, the sand dunes block any direct view of the beach or water from the spacious back porch. A relaxing and clean fresh water pool is also available to residents along with a sand and salt wash-off station with two hoses once you leave the beach. Staff member Heather met us in the lobby to give us our parking pass and to ensure all of our questions were answered and get us started on a very fun and relaxing week.

The condo was decorated beautifully and fully supplied with most all things you would need. The only downside was the lack of a view of the ocean due to the room being blocked by the dunes. It was a swap for the convenience of being on the ground floor :)

Lovely Unit….But….
This was our second stay… so I was really looking forward to it. HOWEVER, the resurfacing and cosmetic face lifting of the building was a disappointment! We had no use of our unit’s patio which normally has a large table and seating for six. I didn’t find about the patio until a day or two before we were scheduled to leave. The host did offer a refund but we had our hearts set on going and it was my Dad’s 86th birthday. It was a little late to try and find other accommodations. The lack of patio has since been added to the description. Also frustrating, access to the board walk and beach was a longer walk than normal because the West side back door (of lobby) allowing the shortest distance is blocked for safety reasons until this project is complete at the end of April or May 2023, weather permitting. Laying by the pool listening to sanders grind the building was not pleasing. It was also not aesthetically enjoyable to view all the cables, ropes and pulley’s hanging from the building as well as workers often shouting exchanges of conversation. We love The Regency Towers and have stayed in several units. We like this unit because it’s a ground floor but I CANNOT recommend staying here until this project is complete. Check with the host of the unit you’re interested in to find out if the resurfacing is done. Otherwise, look elsewhere so you’re not disappointed. Normally, it’s a great place to stay.

The beach and people were great. The property was being worked on right outside our condo. The sliding glass doors were blocked and could not open. The porch was being used as the work station with tools etc. workers showed up at 8:00 am. The inside was fine but we had no view with the scaffolding in the way. Disappointed to say the least.

This is an exceptional property with excellent decor. …Really nice furnishings and wall art that in no way can be confused with “beach tacky.” The TV’s are large! ROKU! The bed was SUPER comfy. She had nice sheets, plush towels and excellent toilet paper!!! …Not the cheap stuff. There were night lights all around the unit so we didn’t have to worry about not finding our way to the bathroom or kitchen during the night. The convenience of a ground floor is a huge plus! I was stunned at the items provided and the attention to every detail. There was cleaning supplies as well as washing detergent for the washer. She even had beach towels, beach chairs and a large umbrella so we did not have to spend a small fortune on daily beach service set up. This owner takes pride and goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome and cared for. Hands down, THE BEST rental we have EVER stayed in!!! We will stay here again…and again and again for our gulf coast beach trips. Outstanding!!

This place was so clean and perfect for a solo get away or a couple. We had a lot of rain so we spent a lot of time inside and on the patio we did get beach time. I will stay here again.
