An amazing contemporary home located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing views from both large, tiled decks. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master is located on the top level, has a king bed, twin pull out sofa with private bath with twin sinks, walk-in shower and jet tub, and very large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is located on the main floor with a king bed and full private bath. The third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top , full sized mattress and pull out twin. . There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas in the main room. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, large bar with 4 chair seating area and dining room table for 8. smart TV in living room, TV's in all bedrooms. 2nd floor sunset deck over-looks private pool. Easy access to the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas , floats and a variety of beach toys and beach wagon , adult bicycles , 2 children bicycles , helmets and 2 paddle boards and 1 surfboard all available at no charge ! Pets are welcome: big dogs, little dogs, and cats. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and all decks security gate. The fee is $ 175 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. We do not charge for wedding, birthday or any events you may like to have. This is a nonsmoking house, smoking is permitted only in pool area. BEST beach house!
My husband and I and our 6 kids just returned from our spring break vacation to this property. We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The owner/property manager, Elizabeth, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making the experience truly exceptional. The home itself is top-notch—every accommodation is high quality, and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need.There are tons of games and beach toys to keep the whole family entertained, whether you’re taking a break from the sun or waiting out a rainy day. The pool heater was perfectly adjusted to our preference, and they were incredibly accommodating in making sure everything was just right for us.What truly set this rental apart was the level of care and assistance we received. When my daughter suffered severe sunburn, they helped us locate an urgent care facility immediately, which was a huge relief. Their kindness and responsiveness meant so much to us.The location is unbeatable—right across the street from a stunning, clean beach. Access is incredibly easy, and while the beach is breathtaking, the house itself is so comfortable and beautiful that you may not even want to leave!I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and beautiful beach getaway. 10/10 EXCELLENT!!

Wonderful Thanksgiving
What an amazing thanksgiving on the beach! From booking online through the checkout process, everything was perfect. Lynn was wonderful to work with and the house was just as described. Fully stocked with whatever you can imagine that you would need. Clean, quiet, peaceful and the perfect location. We enjoyed the beach and the pool equally, along with all three patios that were perfect for morning coffee and late night relaxation. Definitely planning on staying there again!

Great Family Vacation
The five of us and our dog loved this property and location. Of course, we loved having a private pool and having easy access to the beach. The garden area was perfect for all of us and our dog loved lounging outside. The most convenient was having an elevator for our 24-yr old who is in a power wheelchair.

Incredible Stay
Family and friends stay for the Blue Angels Airshow, could not ask for anything more. This home is in a perfect location. The house is immaculate in all aspects, cleanliness, amenities, views, well stocked kitchen, beach gear, umbrellas, bikes, cornhole, outdoor grill - just everything with all less than a minute walk across the street to the beach. We prepared a lot of food, had everything we needed. Elizabeth answered our few questions immediately and is a super approachable host. We will most definitely be back.10+

Beautiful pool!
Property was clean and well stocked. Check in and out was super easy. The beach is very close by. The pool was amazing and the closet stocked with all of your beach supplies was outstanding. Just be aware that the upstairs bedroom is a loft which makes it difficult to hide any noise from downstairs and visa versa. Bunk room is very small.

We found the one!
We have been visiting Pensacola Beach for 9 years now and have stayed at many different places (from condos to homes). This is by far the best one yet! Completely stocked with anything you need for beach, pool, or fun. Kitchen had great (AND CLEAN) appliances, pans, plenty of plates, cups, utensils. Location to the public access point was great. Views were spectacular and owners truly cared about our stay keeping in touch from booking through the visit. This is the only place we will stay moving forward!

Amazing Stay
We went here with friends and kids for our spring break and had an amazing time. This place was large and roomy to accommodate all of us comfortable. Having the option of a heated pool was a game changer and being so close to the beach was perfect. If you forgot something at the house, it was literally a 3 min way back to grab it and head back to the beach!

Fabulous ocean view from beautiful, well equipped home!
My spouse and our two dogs had an amazing time at this well located, well appointed beach house! We were directly across the street from the gulf and there are clear, unobstructed views of the gulf from the living areas including the master bedroom. The fenced, enclosed back yard has a gorgeous, heated swimming pool and an area where your dog(s) can do their business (please pick up). There are bicycles and boogie boards for your entertainment. You are extremely close to all Pensacola’s restaurants. We particularly liked Red Fish Blue Fish and The Grand Marlin. Also you are 10-15 minutes from Pensacola Beach’s two designated dog beaches. However, we found that the best thing to do with the dogs is to park in a beach parking lot and hike across the dunes to the bay side, where you will see virtually no one and have beautiful bay beaches to allow your dogs off leash (see the Dunes Trail Trailhead.) While the trail runs along the road, we recommend that you hike across the dunes, towards the bay. Finally the home’s owner, Elizabeth is a truly kind and thoughtful person! She was always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. We highly recommend staying at this beautiful, beach home! You will not be disappointed!

We loved staying here to celebrate my Moms birthday! It was so clean and close the beach. There was plenty of room amd the house is awesome. The owners turned the heat on for the pool, so nice. They were able to accommodate all of our needs. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay.

Perfect location
We love staying in this area of Pensacola Beach and have stayed on this same street several times. We’ve stayed in larger homes in the area but this time it was just our family (four people) so we didn’t need a huge house. This was perfect for us. The back yard and pool are awesome and look to have been updated recently. The beach access is just two houses away so it’s super easy to get to the beach. The house is well stocked with beach stuff. A great wagon, plenty of chairs and beach toys. The beach and pool are certainly the highlights of the property. The beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of dining space and nice furniture inside. This was perfect for our needs and we’ll definitely stay here again if we head back down with a smaller group.

Fabulous Girl's Trip!
This house is truly amazing and well-appointed! The host is very accommodating and she has every single thing you will need for the beach to make your vacation spectacular. The landscaping around the pool is beautiful, and the pool itself is a great plus, that and being just a short walk to the private beach made our whole vacation! I didn't want to leave this beautiful house or area!
