Unfairly policies and horrible breakfast
Wonderful for the most part. There is no smoking allowed in the balconies only in the designated area which isn’t under cover nor giving protection from wind. They made it clear there would be a $500 fee if you were caught smoking cigarettes on the balcony or in the room, however when we walked in from a day of fun, the entire corridor smelled like marijuana which is worse than cigarette smoke, also pot is illegal in Tennessee but there wasn’t anything said about that. The only other complaint was the coffee and breakfast were terrible so we threw it out and ate elsewhere from that point on.

This hotel is located in a very busy touristy area. Lots of restaurants and activities. Traffic is very congested. They need to expand their breakfast bar. It was so crowded we couldn't even get inside the room where breakfast was served on any of the days we were there.

Room was very nice and as we expected, very clean , help was nice and asking if we needed anything each day or extras of items in room. We did not do the breakfast but just as we did not get around early enough ourselves, will stay there again. first time to the area

Didnt like that the pool was in the other byilding and you had to walk out to go there escpecially winter time. The hot tub was pretty small. Rooms were absolutely beautiful.

Property is in the heart of Pigeon Forge, so not necessarily quiet, but very convenient to everything. Very clean and nice for the price. Not fancy, but fancy for the price point. Good breakfast, nice indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub facilities, great staff.
