Our room stayed cold even with the heat on the entire time. We couldn’t swim in the pool due to the pool room being so cold you could see your breath. The water was freezing, it was supposed to be heated. The pool was dirty. Our bath tub/shower wasn’t clean either. The price was ok but I don’t think I’ll book here again.

Clickbait

The pictures shown on the listing are total clickbait. The rooms look NOTHING like the pictures. They’re extremely outdated, and I’m not talking about the mountain charm old fashioned, they’re just old and gross. The door hardly locked, the bed was thin and the bed frame was falling apart. The tub looked disgusting, and the bedding was old and did not smell fresh. Room smelled like smoke and there were bugs. Luckily we managed to get our money back but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in PF. Stay at the super 8, it’s better.

The indoor pool was green and smelled like algea.. Against my better judgement i let my son play in the pool the first night for just a little bit (maybe 30 minutes) since the indoor pool was the whole reason i chose this hotel, and he wound up with an ear infection. And when i went to check out the man at the desk started talking about my autistic son to the other employee at the desk before i even made it out of the lobby. I will not be back.

Not a good stay.

The indoor pool was nasty. You could t even see the bottom of the pool The area around the pool was nasty. No room service as in no one brought towels, toilet paper or cleaned our room while we were there. We had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and blankets. It definitely wasn’t worth what we spent.

We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. My wife and daughter swam in it for less than 30 minutes. The water was not clean and there was mold all over the floor and on the steps going up to the slide. We stayed in a suite room 301 and every morning there were roaches in the master bathroom and kitchenette area. The tv’s also did not work. The staff was considerate about the bugs and offered to relocate us. We will not be staying here again.

While its a little older, its location/proximity to everything was amazing. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Great heated indoor pool with water slide during the winter. Great retreat after a day of attractions.

Indoor pool stayed cold. Killed 4 roaches in as many days. Saw 2 more dead ones. Pool room- people were wearing sweaters or jackets cause they don't heat it. Dec. 24. On the corner of Pigeon Forge Parkway and Dollywood Lane. SO MUCH POTENTIAL!! Owner needs to wake up. None of these problems when we stayed here in August 1 1/2 years ago. Please fix it O

Our room had a king bed and pullout couch. The pullout couch had a stained, unwashed mattress cover and that’s all. The layout of the room was super weird. Whoever remodeled the bathroom was not a professional. The door swing way passed the hinges and the tile did not match up to the flooring. The coffee pot was placed in the bathroom, which was odd. The room reeked of marijuana and the pool was so cloudy I was too afraid to let my kids in. The toilet stopped working the first night we were there and the shower’s “hot” water setting was room temperature at best. We were super unhappy with this hotel because it wasn’t like it was a steep discount compared to the hotels in the same area. Super disappointed. We overheard another room asking for roach traps, but never saw a bug in our room. We will never stay here again.
