This newly remodeled walk-out ground-level apartment is nestled in the Mt. Timpanogos foothills of tranquil Pleasant Grove, Utah County (Orem/Provo area). It sleeps seven with three comfortable bedrooms and one bath.

The apartment boasts beautiful views of the valley and immediate access to the mountains via hiking, mountain biking, and horse trails. You're within walking distance to the beautiful paved Murdock Canal Trail (17 miles total length), perfect for walking, jogging, and cycling.

10 min. to I-15. Convenient access to excellent shopping, restaurants, cinemas, entertainment, parks, fly fishing, many outdoor activities, and ski resorts (we’ll share our favorites!) 25-30 minutes away from Brigham Young University, the MTC, and Utah Valley University.

Nine picturesque temples of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints within an hour drive.

The apartment is immaculately cleaned and animals are not permitted in the apartment, however, the hosts have a dog, so this location is not appropriate for guests with high sensitivity or allergies to dogs.

For our canine loving guests, Roxie is a 7 year old purebred English Mastiff who loves people and attention. A gate at the bottom of the stairs to the owners deck will keep the dog completely separated from any unwelcome greetings, or guests may open the gate at their discretion for playful interaction.

Fabulous Rental!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this rental. Lauren & Chad were wonderful to work with and we even got to meet their adorable 2 young kids. Lauren has thought of everything, including mints on the pillows when you arrive! They treated us like special guests and even helped return a few items we forgot when we left. The rental is in beautiful condition and is extremely spacious. All the bedrooms, bathroom and the kitchen area have plenty of room. The kitchen table even has 2 leaves you can put in, which allowed us to have a puzzle or game out and still eat on the other half. The view from the large family room windows is stunning, looking down over the valley and lake. We would definitely recommend this rental and will stay in it again next time we come to the area!
