The linens in our room had clearly not been changed on one of the beds. There was a burnt hole in the sheet and what looked like cigarette ash in the sheets and on the pillow. Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

They stay was great as usual. I have the trip protection from Expedia, and my trip was cut short and they won’t refund the remaining days. Instead kept say my itinerary number doesn’t exist and hang up on ms. They did this numerous times. I will never use Expedia again. Nor will I recommend it to any one. The hotel said they could refund anything it would be up to Expedia.

TV didn’t work. Telephone didn’t work. I tried to call from my cell phone and their telephone didn’t work. I told him I’d check in not to bother me for the four days. I did not need any room service and yet they still proceeded to knock and wake me up every morning when I’m out till 3 AM.

Crappy, dont waste your money
You get a chance to stay here...pass. This place is a crap hole. Hair on the bed, lots of hair matted together, sheets dirty, room was small, very small, door to the bathroom was so small i had to turn sideways to fit through. I had to show my I.D. which is common, but not common to borrow a pair of tweezers off my wife to dig the i.d. out of the machine. A/C didnt work. We left after an hour and went to Comfort Inn just a couple miles down the road.

The Regal Inn is a well kept and convenient property. The staff is very nice, helpful and attentive. This is my hotel of choice whenever I visit Ponca City.
