Nauti auringonpaisteesta Barefoot Cottages B10: n, kahden makuuhuoneen, kahden kylpyhuoneen kodin yhdeksälle, rauhallisessa rauhassa, jolla on pääsy kuntosalille, kaksi lasten leikkipaikkaa ja luontopolkuja 18 hehtaarin rehevillä rannikkoalueilla.

Pysäköinti: Kaksi paikkaa on taattu. Molemmilla ajoneuvoilla on oltava pysäköintikortti näytöllä. Pysäköintitiedot ovat keittiön tiskillä varustetussa yksikössä. Pysäköintitietä ei tarvitse muuttaa toimistoksi, joka näkyy vain viivalla.
Huomaa myös, että matkailuautoja ei sallita yhteisön porttien sisällä. Kaikkien veneiden / perävaunujen korkeus ei saa ylittää 21 jalkaa, ja niiden on oltava pysäköity takana olevaan parkkipaikalle. (Jatka portin läpi ja aja suoraan, kunnes pysäköintialueen umpikujat ovat, veneet / perävaunut on pysäköitävä viimeiselle pys��köintialueen riville). Pysäköintirajoitusten noudattamatta jättäminen vierasriskillä on vaara, että hänet hinataan vieraan kustannuksella.

Pääsy veteen: Rantaan pääsee kävellen n. 50 metriä itään Barefoot Cottagesista. Tien varrella on rajoitettu pysäköinti ennen Tapper-siltaa. Kulkua tai koodeja ei vaadita.

Vahinkovakuutus: Tälle kiinteistölle tekemäsi varauksen kokonaiskustannukset sisältävät öisin tapahtuvan vahinkojen luopumismaksun (”hallinta”) sekä mahdolliset verot (verovelvollisuudesta luopuminen). (Alennusta voidaan soveltaa vähintään 28 yön oleskeluihin, jos se on sallittua.)
Vahinkovakuutus kattaa sinulta jopa 2000 dollarin vahingot kiinteistölle tai sen sisällölle (kuten huonekalut, kalusteet ja laitteet) vahingossa, kunhan ilmoitat tapahtumasta isännälle ennen lähtöä. Vahinkovakuutusmaksu eliminoi perinteisen vakuuden tarpeen.

Clean & pretty
We checked in right at 4 to get ready for supper. The entire cottage was nicely decorated & so clean. Great location & quiet. Beds were comfortable. But as we were getting ready, we realized not a single outlet in any of the bathrooms worked & there was no remote for tv in guest room. I reached out to management, they said they would get local management to handle it. We were only there 3 nights & the outlets weren't working until late on the 2nd night & they never did anything about getting a remote for the guest tv. I'll ask more questions next time. I rent qith specific things in mind & having a tv is one. May seem petty but i expect to get all if what i pay for & for the electricity to work in all rooms & quickly when notified.

Our wedding guests stayed in the cottages and they were all impressed with how nice they were. The location is perfect for enjoying the beaches, dining, shopping, and sightseeing.

Nice place for a family with children.
The house was lovely. Perfect for a family. We chose the location because it was central to the areas we wanted to explore. Wish the pool was heated though. The gate code would not work and local property manager never got back to us with a solution. Had to wait for others to enter or exit to get in each time. Very frustrating.

Very clean
The place was very clean and location was perfect. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. I really disliked that no hairdryers were provided. I usually would never book a place without them but this was a last minute trip and I forgot to look. The directions also said parking passes would be on the counter. After not finding them and contacting through messages sent to me, I was told the local management would get in touch. I never heard from anyone. I finally found them the day before check out tucked back behind some other kitchen items. The master sheets don’t fit and were constantly popping off the mattress. Other beds seemed fine. Kitchen seemed well stocked. I appreciated the toiletries.

Overall good
Some of the pictures posted were outdated, however the cottage was still nice and clean. Couches were a bit worn out. Would not recommend staying here if you have a toddler as we had to keep her from the stairs. There was no safety barrier/baby gate. Was a short walk to pool. Beach public access nearby was not kept as clean as Mexico Beach but was a short drive from cottage. Overall a good place to stay, would go back when kids are older as we now know what to expect.

Awesome Cottage Amazing Community
This was a great place to stay in Port St. Joe and I’m already planning for when to go back! The cottage has 2 bedrooms, but one has a bunkbed and queen bed in it s there was plenty of space (there was 2 adults and 3 kids). Everything was super clean and there was plenty of plates, cups, dishes, pots, etc. The pool is just a few houses down and has a HUGE hot tub. It was a VERY quiet community and we had the pool to ourselves most days. If you drive across the road and about 1 minute to the right, there is a fantastic quiet public beach with restrooms. You can also go to the beach access by the port st joe lighthouse and playground…there is a boat ramp and deck there. At low tide you can walk out really far and find little tide pools full of hermit crabs and more! Don’t forget to grab some pizza and ice cream from downtown!

Beautiful cabin, in an absolutely beautiful town!
The cabin is beautiful, however it lacked basic necessities, like hand soap. I'm not sure how they expected us to wash our hands. The dishwasher had not been run it's full cycle when we arrived. We couldn't figure out what the "funky" bad smell was coming from. We went to load the dishes we used on the last day we were there, opened up the dishwasher and found nasty stinky water in the bottom. They also had no beach towels or chairs, which was very disappointing. The management company sent me the information we needed to access our cabin, and with that the link with the directions. It took us 2.5 HOURS in the wrong direction!!! I still have not received a call from the local office as I requested 3 times!!!

We were in town for a wedding. Everything was perfect. The description online says 3 bedrooms but its only two with the second bedroom sleeping 5. The teenagers were great about sharing one room. Place was nice and cozy

For starters, this beach house was amazing! The listing does not do it just for how much space it had. We had 7 adults and were super worried about space and there was ample! We loved being close to the pool and could just walk over and not have to drive. Cleanliness is an A+++ there was no dust, no bugs, no sand, and no hairs stuck to the shower walls. We have 2 children Under 9 and would not hesitate to come stay here with our family. We could not hear any noise from either of the families staying on either side of us. WiFi worked great, the code to get in worked flawlessly, and there was a water hose to rinse sand off of us on the porch (genius for removing sticky sand before going inside). Very close to beach access and not far from some awesome restaurants in Port St Joe! We are looking forward to staying here again soon!

Beautifully clean and great location
Our group of four adults and five kids had an amazing vacation at this property! There was plenty of room for all of us and the location was amazing! It was super clean, well stocked with enough silverware, plates, bath towels etc. The screened in porches we’re fabulous and the storage chest was full of sand toys, 3 chairs, 2 boogie boards and a small beach umbrella. We loved our stay there so much we’re already talking about when we can come again!

Awesome week!
We had a great stay! The property was clean and had all we needed for our stay. Appliances all looked to be new and the furnishings and decor were top notch. Checking in was extremely easy. Property manager reached out to make sure everything was ok. Would have no problems staying here again.

The cottage very clean and spacious. Close to the pool and to the beach. We had such a good time going to Cape San Blas and spending the day. We enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely come back next year.

The property is rather kept up. The interior design of the property is visually appealing. The only downside is that the property is only about halfway between the gate and the main pool. If you like more quiet, it is good. If you want close to the pool, it is not too good. Overall a great experience!

Enjoyed our time with family
The property it’s self was not clean. The decor was nice but the rugs were dirty and the entire unit was dusty. The dishwasher did not work properly and dishes in the cabinets were dirty. There were only 3 wash clothes and one dish towel with no dish rag. Not well stocked, one trash bag half a roll of paper towels and only one roll of tissue per bathroom. We would not stay here again.
