We stayed here for an event. We had our dog with us and were placed in one of the rooms separate from the main building. You couldn't make this stuff up.. The back door frame was ripped out and the lock was ripped out, the front door slide lock was broken in half, we turned the heat on and it filled the room with a nasty burning smell which was a nice break from the stale cigarettes. We were moved to the room next door, the staff knocked on the door and announced themself about 5 times to which i finally asked her if she thought someone may be in there unexpectedly. She finally opened the door but would not step in first- comforting! The new room had newly placed locks and no strong smells but safe to say we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. Also it looked like there were security cams on the second floor but the wires were cut.

DISGUSTING Health hazard
I have never stayed anywhere in such poor condition!!! I have pictures of filth and mold in the bathroom of my room. No part of my stay there was any better than that. You couldn't pay me to go there again, even if it were in addition to the room free. They offered No refund amount for my complaint as they think their motel is clean???? I'll be contacting the Board of Health next. They should close it down or knock it down and start over.

Expedia showed no concern only offered a gift card. After stealing money from me. Knowing that hotel was a dimp. Theres no way i could believe expedia would put the name on the libe without looking at hotel Im so upset. This is exactly why people act crazy and are always ready for a fight. Maybe i need to be more like that. Probably would have received a better room or even a refund i would really like to speak with a live person and not AI. But they know what they are doing. You cant get you feelings across when you a talking to a machine designed to dimiss you . so sad since my teen son is in the military and stationed in portland i would be travelling often. Def never ever using expedia again they can not be trusted to be truthful in what they sell you.

Don’t waste your money
This is the most garbage place to stay in my entire life experience, choose the hotel because of the name brand of quality inn but totally disappointed, I don’t advice anyone to waste there money, the rooms are dirty, bad smell, beds are not comfortable, quality inn franchise people needs to visit and perform inspection.

The room overall was average, the breakfast was fairly gross. The staff was very rude and almost bothered that we were checking in (at around 5:30 pm). It was a very mediocre at best experience. Would not stay again because I felt very unwelcome.

Great option for the cost
Clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and accommodating. Parking ample and available. Breakfast. Minimal. Most often toast and biscuits or bagel. One day scrambled eggs. Never any kind of protein. I would suggest considering. All in all a nice stay
