The condo is located in beautiful Sunrise Country Club in Rancho Mirage with separated bedrooms for privacy. Linens (sheets/towels) are provided along with a washer/dryer. Includes cable TV (DVD) in living room and master bedroom, ROKU TV in second bedroom, Wi-Fi, and 2 bicycles for your use.
The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. The gated private front patio is fully covered and equipped with a pass through to the kitchen and includes a gas outdoor grill. The back patio has access to the pool/jacuzzi just steps away and a spectacular mountain view. A driving range is within walking distance from the condo. Guest will have access to pickleball, bocce ball, and tennis courts, golf course, and fitness center at low daily, weekly, or monthly rates as shown in one of the photos.
