Olet löytänyt uskomattoman rantatalon! Tämä on suuri hiljattain uusittu koti, jossa on 5 tilavaa makuuhuonetta ja 5 kylpyä. Tämä rantatalo on juuri asentanut upouuden lämmitetyn uima-altaan. Paikallinen suunnittelija on juuri sisustanut kotinsa kaikilla uusilla huonekaluilla ja paikallisilla taideteoksilla. Kotiin kuuluu 6 isoa Roku HD -televisiota. Koti on suuri kutsuva avoin alue suuri huone katedraalin katot. 2 isoa kannet ja näytön kuisti. Tämä kiinteistö vuokrataan ensimmäistä kertaa vuonna 2020.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta DiscoverSea Shipwreck-museo. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas, vesipuisto ja poreallas. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Beautiful house needs better maintenance crews
This is a beautiful house with great location.Unfortunately the maintenance crews need upgrading.Frank was responsive when we discovered the Linens were dirty and had been left from previous renters. They delivered them at 8:00pm on checking day. Then twice the linen company attempted to pick up dirty linen during our stay. Then the pool service left the hose on to fill the pool luckily we were there to turn it before the pool over filled.

Perfect, serene, beach vacation
The ideal place for every beach weekend! Close enough to the beach for the early risers to walk and catch a sunrise with coffee, quiet enough for the night owls to sleep in, and close enough to everything that we didn’t have to spend a lot of time driving around to get to where things were happening. I will be coming back here for years!

Exceptional vacation in an exceptional home
Just finished our week at the beach at Storm Bait South. This was a fantastic place to stay. It’s one of those rare properties that actually is even nicer in person than it is in pictures. We enjoyed the week with our 3 children, spouses and 5 grandchildren. It was perfectly suited for all of us with ample room to enjoy ourselves whether dining together, playing games or taking in the Olympics together in the evening. An added bonus was the swimming pool which provided hours of fun and relaxation for both the adults and children when we weren’t on the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Great house in a great location close to beach access
This house was the perfect size and layout for our group - we had 3 families with kids plus my parents. There was a nice sized bedroom for each adult couple, plus bunkroom for kids. The upstairs was spacious w/ plenty of room to cook, eat and socialize, plus plenty of bathrooms too. Other pros: we were able to park at the property and check in slightly early, which was much appreciated, so some families could go to the beach the day of our arrival. The beach access was a very short and easy walk. There were 6 nice beach chairs provided plus a beach cart. The pool was the perfect place to play after the beach! Plus a large table that sat 12 people easily upstairs for group meals. A few cons: like others said, the linens arrived a bit late, and I had to communicate back and forth to get enough bedding delivered - then had to make up all the beds ourselves, which we were hustling to get done before kid bedtime around 7:30pm on our first night, and no showers could be taken when we got off the beach, until late that night. So just be aware that the cleaning services is separate from laundry/linen service. Had we known that we could have maybe decided to bring our own bedding and avoided the fee/hassle, but we worked it out. Really that was the only snag but after that the entire rest of the trip was smooth sailing and we had a wonderful stay. Fenwick Island is also just a great family destination - we had never been but would absolutely go back again.

Really nice house!
Overall house is really nice and location is great. When we got there sat, the pool was filled with flies (I guess from the rain?) so we couldn't go swimming b/c there were SO many gnats/ files so that was the only bummer. Frank had someone come out the next morning to clean it and then all was good. There was also water leaking in storage room off of the main entrance which was resolved once pool guy came out to fix cleaning issue. There were some left over clothes (socks, shorts, shirt, shoes etc.) left outside the property. There were also water bottles left outside the pool area which we cleaned up. Overall, house was great just little things that would have made the experience better e.g., no one wants to see wet clothes in a pile outside the door when they first arrive. :)

Great house & location
Really enjoyed our stay for the weekend!! The house is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of space. Short walk to the beach and loved having the private pool. Short drive to bars and restaurants. And was convenient to be close to grocery stores and walkable to gas station for snacks and drinks. Only a few notes that made the stay less than perfect- when we arrived the dirty laundry from the previous guests was sitting in a laundry bag in the driveway at 4pm and was not brought back until around 6pm. Once it was brought back we needed to make all of our own beds which I have never had to do upon arriving to a vrbo or similar sites. Similarly when we left we had to strip the beds and leave the laundry outside but remake the beds so they looked nice (specifically with decorative pillows) for the next guests even though they would have to make their own beds too. We also were only given one roll of toilet paper upon arrival but the directions were to replenish all the items including paper towels, toilet paper, k cups, soap, etc. again just not something expected when staying at a Vrbo so it should be explicitly said so guests know to bring and don’t have to run out and grab it the night before leaving. Just a of work before check out to make the beds, sweep/vacuum, empty dishwasher, etc before 10am. Especially given how expensive the house is and with a cleaning fee already included.

Beautiful well kept property. My only complaint as Frank knows was the issue with pool. Upon arrival on Saturday pool was questionable and was told it would clear up and pool guy would check back Sunday. After problem with filter not working and then having to be replaced …pool was not crystal clear till Wednesday. Frank compensated with gift certificate to local restaurant on Wednesday. It was appreciated but could not make up for Lost pool days.

We enjoyed our stay with just a couple of blips. The property wasn’t unlocked on our arrival but after a call to Frank, that was resolved quickly. Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting. One main issue was that the clothes dryer was not operational. We called Frank and after two days of trying to reach him, we gave up. There were kitchen towels left by previous tenants in the washer and it was clear why. Overall, the property is beautiful and well maintained. The house was very clean and the furnishings are lovely. The bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the swimming pool, a wonderful amenity, and the proximity to the beach is priceless.

The location was great! Within walking distance of the beach and the private pool was perfect!! Frank was very responsive as well! Some minor areas of the home could use a deep clean but the overall cleanliness of the home was good and no major complaints. I would stay at this property again and recommend to others!

Nice property, responsive owner
After a bumpy check in process (we were sent the wrong property check in info), Frank was very responsive. He communicated with us on every concern in a timely manner. The property is just as described, very clean and updated. The televisions are a little tricky, as they are all streaming tvs (no cable), and you need apps to watch. One suggestion would be to label the remotes for each room to avoid mixups. All the remotes look the same and can easily be switched up. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place for extended family
We enjoyed our stay at the house. It has plenty of space to spread out and the bedrooms worked well for 6 adults and 3 young children. The location is just a short walk to the beach. The heated pool was perfec for afternoons when the younger children took naps and we wanted to still get outside and enjoy the weather. Frank was very helpful with getting the pool cleaned midweek.

Great location. Close to all the stores and restaurants. We were worried about the noise from coastal highway but it was never an issue. House is very clean and we loved the large family kitchen table to eat all together. Pool was such a hit with everyone. The owner was so easy to communicate with and was so responsive!

Great house with an awesome pool
Lived our stay. House was beautiful, clean and accommodated 10 ppl really well. Well equipped. Didn’t have to go to the grocery store until Day 4 between the staples they had and what we brought. Loved that it had 2 masters as we were a party of 2 families. The pool was the best. Didn’t even hang at the beach. One of the few properties with a pool. Close to everything including OC boardwalk and marina - 20 min drive. Frank was quick to respond and was very easy going. If I had to say what could be improved, it would be silly things like only 1 set of dishes for 10 ppl and only 2 wine glasses in whole house. Not a big deal just used paper plates alot and used our Yetis or Stanleys. Also agree with previous review that cleaning before we left, replacing paper products, putting towels and linens out by 9 and having to do the rest all by 10 am with teens was a little inconvenient. Would rather pay an extra $100 or so to just vacate premises and have a cleaning crew do that for you but we managed. Lastly, the house is on the main strip so if you are in the front master and are a light sleeper, it sounds like traffic is running through the room starting at 7 am so not great sleep for me. All in all though loved our vacation and made so many new memories.

Family getaway
We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. The heated pool was absolutely wonderful for our whole family. There are several restaurants within walking distance that were excellent and the beach is a very short walk.

I emailed the owner back in February 2022 when I learned there would be new home construction next door to inquire about construction noise. I was told the home would be nearly finished or competed by then (he owns that home, as well). This could not have been further from the truth. There was a full blow construction site next door, complete with generators blasting all day long, workers every where and a huge dumpster in the driveway. Running the hose from the house we stayed in across the driveway to the construction site. Not only could we hear the noise indoors, we could barely enjoy the outdoor amentities due to the racket from the generators. I did have to text him twice before he said he would ask the workers to move the generators to the other side of the house. Blatant disrespect for the people renting your home. On top of that nuisance, we were provided linens but had to make our own beds upon arrival? And then upon departure, there is a laundry list of things the renter has to complete. Remove all bedding, vacuum and sweep the entire house. Clean the kitchen. RESTOCK the items we thought were complimentary. Nope, this owner has his renters restocking his house before the check out - toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, trash bags and coffee (keurig pods - 40 of them). Had we known we would be the cleaning crew and responsible for stocking a house, we would have rented elsewhere.

Great Family Trip at Storm Bait
We had a wonderful time at Storm Bait South. Having the pool on the property made the trip so special. The kids were in it first thing every morning and the adults enjoyed “pool happy hours”. The location was great- yes it’s on a busy road but that makes it all the more convenient to walk pretty much everywhere. Having the store right next to the house was a huge plus. The back road by the beach (1 minute walk from the property) was perfect for morning strolls and we walked to get ice cream and candy with the kids each night. The house is equipped with more than enough beach and pool gear (chairs, a beach cart, toys, rafts, etc..) which was a huge plus. Having multiple decks was also a nice perk. It allowed for everyone to have their own space when needed. The host was super responsive. We did have a few maintenance issues (power issues and a drain issue) but they were were solved quickly. Only suggestion would be that the third floor deck furniture is very weathered and rusted- may need replaced soon. Everything else was just great and it was a very relaxing and fun vacation. Would definitely recommend their properties for future stays.

Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend adding an outdoor table for either dining space or workspace. Desks or tables in a few bedrooms would give guests additional places to go when indoors. Overall a great stay- close to lots of restaurants and activities.

Plenty of space for 2 families!
We really did love our stay at Storm Bait South. Check in process was very easy. House is nicely set up with plenty of room for 2 families. The street noise is for sure an issue but we used a fan at night and that helped greatly. The bedding supplied by the house is very minimal so if you are used to more plush bedding - I would suggest bringing your own. Pool was lovely and overall we were very happy!
