LOVED parking at the front door and walking out the back onto the beautiful beach, able to see Twin Rocks! Wish I could post pictures because words just don'tshow how run down everything was. Very dated room. It was COLD in the room. A horrible carpet, a strip of it with blue edging was a baseboard, it wasn't clean, corners were filthy. Table with 2 chairs, the cushions stained and nasty. The curtain with a plastic to pull it shut was torn and stained. Flat sheet instead of fitted wasn't tucked in. Wanted to take a hot bath to try and get warm but the drain didn't close. To top it all off.... there was a metal kleenex holder on the wall in the bathroom, the top was rusty, as were all hinges.

Great location, a bit pricey for the quality.

The best quality of the motel is that it has a very convenient location, immediately by the beach and close to amenities. While the motel itself was fine and had it's charm, it also was a little worn / rough around the edges and pricey considering that. A nice and eco-friwndly touch that we appreciated was the actual ceramic coffee mugs.

It's an older facility but clean. Jad what we needed for a 2 night stay View of the ocean was amazing amd why we chose to book here. Coyld walk to most shopping and dining in town

The property is situated right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. The property manager was very helpful and professional. The room was clean and had a fully stocked kitchenette. I will definitely stay again when in Rockaway.
