COZY MÖKKI Vanha FashionCharm

Upea, hyvällä vanhanaikainen New England Style mökki odottaa sinua, kun varaat oleskelun kanssamme.
Paljon viehätystä, viihtyisä ja sopii yhdelle henkilölle tai romanttiselle lomalle kahdelle.
Sijaitsee muutaman askeleen päässä merestä ja etu- ja takarannasta, kävele keskustan kauppoihin, ravintoloihin, Shalin Liu -musiikkikeskukseen ja kymmenen minuutin
kävele lähiliikenteeseen Bostoniin. Juna pysähtyy Salemissa, jos haluat osallistua syksyn Haunted Happeningsiin. Voit jopa saapua lähijunalla.
On yksi pysäköintipaikka sekä käytettävissä kadun pysäköinti.
Mökki on täysin varustettu kaikilla liinavaatteet, kattilat ja pannut, jopa rantapyyhkeet sisältyvät, ranta tuolit pyynnöstä. Pieni kannelle pöydällä kahdelle.
Muita mukavuuksia ovat kaapeli-tv, wifi käytettävissä, ikkuna AC yksikkö, pieni koko liesi, täysikokoinen jääkaappi, Keurig, mukava täysikokoinen vuode.
Kiinteistöjen vuokrat toukokuusta lokakuuhun ja kaikki päivämäärät ovat saatavilla. Syys-ja lokakuu ovat ihanteellisia aikoja käydä lämpötiloissa 60-luvulla ja 70-luvulla, lämpiminä päivinä viileinä iltoina. Täydelliset päivät pitkiä kävelyretkiä metsän polkuja ja merenranta-polkuja helpon kävelymatkan tai lyhyen ajomatkan tai bussimatkan päästä.
Huomaa, ettei lapsi turvallinen.
Tämä mökki sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Back Beach. Mökissä tarjoaa asiakkaille pation ja kaapelikanavat.

Perfect and Precious tiny cottage by the sea
Janet the owner was the the sweetest thing ever and consistently helpful with things like directions, recommendations, etc often before I even had to ask! The cottage has the tiny house feel and is perfectly located for all adventures to surrounding areas. We did Boston, Salem, Gloucester, Berlin, Rockport, Woodstock. Vermont, Concorde, New Hampshire, etc. and it made things super easy to accomplish a ton in 6 days. The town of Rockport itself is precious and I highly recommend Brothers Brew for breakfast, donuts, and coffee. George’s and Lobsta Land in Gloucester. The cottage was cute, clean well thought out and stocked with anything needed and we just adored our time there. Would love to be back soon! Thanks to Janet! You were amazing and such a sweetheart.

Cozy little cottage.
It was perfect for our needs. Fridge, coffer maker, microwave etc. The bedroom was pretty small and we hit our heads the first 2 days. A “Watch your head” sign might be a good reminder to duck. Loved her gardens and outside table and chairs. We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cottage!

Another wonderful trip
I have stayed at this property before, so I was glad it was available for my latest solo trip. A nice half mile walk to all the dining and shops of Rockport, and a very short drive to Gloucester. The hosts are very nice people eager to make your stay enjoyable.

Disappointed
The photos in the listing did not disclose physical aspects that made it prohibitive for us to stay there at our age and circumstances. So we were forced to find something else at the last moment. Had we known about these issues, we would not have rented. It is highly disappointing not to have some sort of compromise in terms of refund which the owner has refused unless rented by others within days of our intended stay - something highly unlikely.

Great coastal getaway
Great communication with very friendly owners. The cottage was perfect for just me and would have been good for a couple as well. It’s not overly fancy, but it has all the basics and it has a lot of New England charm. If you want a proper “summer stay in Rockport” vibe this is the perfect place. I grew up in the area and this place made me feel right at home.

Sweet Tiny Cottage
We so enjoyed four nights at this tiny cottage. The owner, Janet, was lovely and helpful. She enjoys gardening, so flowers were everywhere. It's a great location, perfect walking distance to two beaches (kayak/SUP friendly) and the town center. The only time we used our car was when we went to visit the surrounding towns and area. A truly enjoyable stay.

Cute cottage
We took the train from Boston to Rockport (approx. 80 minutes travel time/cost $2.40) and reached the cottage on foot in 10 minutes. We were warmly welcomed by Janet and Mike. They were also reliable contact persons during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cute little cottage was completely as advertised. We had everything we needed for our stay. We were also given helpful information about things to do and see in Rockport. The nights were very warm but the air conditioning worked well. The only thing that bothered us a bit were the plasticized pillowcases. Compared to the other offerings in Rockport, this one is good value for the money. But that doesn't mean it's cheap. Although we are Swiss and live in a high-price country, we found the accommodation prices in New England to be a little excessive.

An ok stay.
Clean, very small, had most everything. Futon in picture was deceiving, tiny, NOT a pull out. Also, no Keurig, as pictured, but does have a small coffee maker with the fixings, minus milk/cream. Closer to a small beach, than we thought. Was very quiet and quaint.

Charming and central
My spouse and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect! Cute, cozy, close to everything. There are beaches, parks, and shops steps away—we enjoyed getting breakfast sandwiches from one of the cafes nearby and having them by the beach in the morning, but it is easy to cook at the cottage, too. Parking was good for us as well. Overall it is a very comfortable little place to stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Cozy cottage by the beach
We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. It was a quick walk to the beach and quiet and peaceful at night. It's a smaller space with tight parking, but not a problem if you drive a smaller passenger vehicle and are under 6' 😉 Janet did a great job decorating the place and organizing a small area. Worth the price!

A cozy, tiny-house-style stay steps from the sea!
A perfect place for our brief stay in MA. Location is easy to find, and parking was simple enough, though it could be tougher with a large vehicle. Location is incredible--it's a brief walk into town and an even briefer walk to the coast. In fact, you can see the water just over the fence along the driveway! The unit itself is an ADU/tiny-house-style cottage. It's probably ~400 square feet, so it is admittedly small, but it's decked out with everything most folks would need while on vacation. It has a living space, kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom, each with lots of extras like takeout menus from local spots. The shower and bed are both a little tight but both functional--the water is warm and the bed comfortable. The WiFi seemed to work well. The host was very nice, gracious, and interested in making sure we were having a good stay! So long as you don't need a ton of space, this is a fantastic place to stay, and it doesn't hurt one bit that it was a LOT more affordable than anywhere else in the region we could find when we booked ;). We might be back!

The cottage was equipped with all the necessities. Very clean and tidy. Small spaces were well planned out. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The decor inside and out made the space feel cozy and just like a visit to the coast. The porch and landscaping felt like home away from home . Just a short walk through a quaint neighborhood to the beach.
